丽江市旅游管理体制创新研究

【摘要】：管理体制是旅游景区发展中的核心问题,它决定着旅游景区的经营机制和发展模式。政府主导型旅游管理体制为我国旅游业的发展做出了积极的贡献,也对我国社会经济的快速发展起到了很好的推动作用。然而,随着旅游经济的不断发展、人民消费需求不断增长以及我国加入WTO和经济危机的影响,我国政府旅游管理体制出现了一些不容忽视的问题,在一定程度上阻碍了旅游经济的发展。因此,新的政府旅游管理体制的建立已势在必行。本文运用文献分析法、案例分析法、总结分析法等研究方法,在阐述旅游管理相关知识和理论、国内外研究现状的基础上,以丽江市旅游管理体制为研究对象,深入介绍了丽江市旅游管理体制的现状,具体分析了丽江市旅游管理体制存在的问题及成因,最后提出了丽江市旅游管理体制创新的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The management system is the core problem in the development of scenic spots, which determines the management mechanism and development mode of scenic spots. The government-led tourism management system has made a positive contribution to the development of tourism in China, and has also played a good role in promoting the rapid development of China's social economy. However, with the continuous development of tourism economy, the increasing consumption demand of the people and the impact of China's entry into WTO and economic crisis, there are some problems that can not be ignored in the tourism management system of our government. To some extent, it hinders the development of tourism economy. Therefore, the establishment of a new government tourism management system is imperative. In this paper, based on the literature analysis, case analysis, summary analysis and other research methods, on the basis of expounding the related knowledge and theory of tourism management and the current research situation at home and abroad, the paper takes the tourism management system of Lijiang as the research object. This paper introduces the present situation of the tourism management system in Lijiang city, analyzes the existing problems and causes of the tourism management system in Lijiang city, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation of the tourism management system in Lijiang city.
