基于文化创意理念的天津滨海旅游区特色化发展研究

【摘要】：旅游业作为第三产业的重要组成部分，已成为世界上发展最快的新兴产业之一，而且伴随着我国把“扩大内需、促进消费”确立为调整产业结构、转变经济发展方式的战略方针，我国旅游业进入了重大发展机遇期。而滨海旅游业作为现代旅游经济体系中的重要组成部分，在国家“十二五规划”中被明确为“推进海洋经济发展”的主攻方向之一。在这一背景下，天津市委、市政府推动规划设立了天津滨海旅游区。同时，文化创意产业近几年在我国得到蓬勃发展，，被很多较发达城市定位为城市支柱产业之一，且文化创意理念与旅游等产业融合也正成为时代的发展趋势。为此，本文综合运用逻辑分析法、文献分析法、理论分析法、案例分析法和实证分析法等多种研究方法，基于对文化创意理念的概念及其在城市发展中应用的系统研究论述，选取城市品牌意象、旅游产业、旅游产品三个方面对天津滨海旅游区特色化发展进行了系统研究，并提出了具体定位与策划建议。最后，本文在总结研究结论和不足的同时，又重点向政府提出了做好天津滨海旅游区特色化发展的四方面工作建议。本文对天津滨海旅游区的特色化发展研究，将为天津滨海旅游区的后续深化研究和专项研究等提供一定的理论研究支持，也将为中新生态城、天津滨海旅游区、中心渔港和汉沽寨上街整合后的整体规划提供很多创意理念和良好建议，同时对国内其它地区推进城市化发展也将具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the tertiary industry, tourism has become one of the fastest-growing new industries in the world, and with the establishment of "expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption" as the adjustment of industrial structure in China, The strategic policy of changing the mode of economic development, China's tourism industry has entered a period of major development opportunities. As an important part of the modern tourism economic system, coastal tourism has been identified as one of the main directions of "promoting the development of marine economy" in the 12th Five-Year Plan of China. In this context, Tianjin Municipal Party Committee, the municipal government to promote the establishment of Tianjin Binhai tourist area. At the same time, the cultural and creative industries have been booming in China in recent years, and have been positioned as one of the pillar industries by many more developed cities, and the integration of cultural and creative ideas and tourism is becoming the trend of the development of the times. Therefore, this paper synthetically uses the logic analysis method, the literature analysis method, the theory analysis method, the case analysis method and the empirical analysis method, based on the concept of cultural creativity and its application in urban development. This paper systematically studies the characteristic development of Tianjin Binhai tourist area from the aspects of city brand image, tourism industry and tourism products, and puts forward some specific positioning and planning suggestions. Finally, this paper summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of the study, and puts forward four suggestions to the government on the development of Tianjin coastal tourism area. The research on the characteristic development of Tianjin Binhai tourist area in this paper will provide some theoretical support for the further study and special research of Tianjin Binhai tourist area, and will also be the Zhongxin Ecological City, Tianjin Binhai tourist area. The integrated overall planning of Central Fishery Port and Hangu Zhai on the street provides many creative ideas and good suggestions, and will also have some reference significance for other areas in China to promote the development of urbanization.
