青龙湖国家森林公园的旅游吸引力评价及提升研究

【摘要】:森林公园是开发生态旅游的重要载体,也是维持人与自然和谐相处的重要森林资源。如何合理开发这类旅游吸引物,如何在平衡经济价值和生态价值的基础上提高森林公园的旅游吸引力,促进森林旅游业的可持续发展应当受到人们的关注。 青龙湖作为一个传统的森林公园,自开发以来已经经历了近20年的发展历程,发展速度逐渐放缓,旅游产品类型结构单一,产品老化。而随着时代的发展,旅游者心理与行为都日趋成熟,其多样化、个性化的旅游需求越来越难以满足,同时周边旅游景区竞争十分激烈,青龙湖逐渐面临发展停滞或衰退的危机。如何解除这种危机,延长青龙湖的旅游生命力,提升公园的综合旅游吸引力是青龙湖旅游业可持续发展亟待解决的问题。 本文在对国内外有关森林公园和旅游吸引力等研究成果的总结和梳理基础上,以青龙湖国家森林公园为研究对象,构建了青龙湖公园旅游吸引力的评价模型,以期客观地评价青龙湖对游客的吸引力大小。对于指标体系的构建,笔者在借鉴前人研究的基础上,根据森林公园的特有属性及青龙湖的具体情况选取了5个一级指标:旅游资源、整体形象、可进入性、旅游接待条件、与其他旅游地的关系,19个二级指标:自然景观、人文景观、生态环境、民俗风情、景点集中度、景区容纳量、知名度、美誉度、连接客源地的交通条件、途中时间、交通费用、餐饮条件、住宿条件、娱乐设施与项目、基础设施、购物条件、工作人员服务、与附近旅游景区差异度、与附近旅游景区距离。在此基础上,分别设计专家调查问卷和游客调查问卷,对到访青龙湖的游客及行业专家进行问卷调查和访谈;采用层次分析法对专家问卷所获取数据进行分析,从而确定影响青龙湖旅游吸引力的各级指标权重;再用模糊综合评价法对游客问卷数据进行分析,结合层次分析的指标权重对青龙湖的旅游吸引力进行实测。以此得出本研究的结论:旅游资源对旅游吸引力的影响最大,可进入性、旅游接待条件、整体形象次之,与其他旅游地的关系影响最小;影响青龙湖旅游吸引力的各二级指标按权重大小可分三个等级,第一重要的因素有自然景观、连接客源地的交通条件、人文景观、知名度、生态环境、途中时间,第二重要的因素有民俗风情、与附近旅游景区差异度、住宿条件、美誉度、景点集中度、餐饮条件、交通费用、景区容纳量、与附近旅游景区距离,第三重要的因素有基础设施、工作人员服务、娱乐设施与项目、购物条件;青龙湖的整体旅游吸引力处于“一般”水平,旅游资源吸引力水平“较高”,整体形象、与其他旅游地的关系、可进入性及旅游接待条件吸引力均“一般”。 最后针对测评结果提出了青龙湖旅游吸引力提升的策略,从创新开发旅游产品、优化景区交通环境、提升景区整体形象及完善旅游设施四方面分别提出了具体建议。
[Abstract]:Forest park is an important carrier of ecological tourism and an important forest resource to maintain harmony between man and nature. How to develop this kind of tourism attraction reasonably, how to improve the tourism attraction of forest park on the basis of balancing economic value and ecological value, and how to promote the sustainable development of forest tourism should be paid attention to. Qinglong Lake, as a traditional forest park, has experienced nearly 20 years of development since its development, the speed of development has slowed down gradually, the structure of tourism products is single, the products are aging. With the development of the times, tourists' psychology and behavior are becoming more and more mature, its diversification, personalized tourism demand is becoming more and more difficult to meet, at the same time, the competition in the surrounding scenic spots is very fierce, and Qinglong Lake is gradually facing the crisis of stagnant or declining development. How to relieve this crisis, prolong the tourism vitality of Qinglong Lake, and promote the comprehensive tourism attraction of the park are the problems to be solved urgently for the sustainable development of tourism in Qinglong Lake. On the basis of summarizing and combing the research results of forest park and tourism attraction at home and abroad, this paper takes Qinglong Lake National Forest Park as the research object, and constructs the evaluation model of the tourism attraction of Qinglong Lake Park. In order to objectively evaluate the attraction of Qinglong Lake to tourists. For the construction of the index system, based on the previous studies, the author selects five first-level indicators according to the unique attributes of the forest park and the specific conditions of Qinglong Lake: tourism resources, overall image, accessibility, tourism reception conditions, Relations with other tourist destinations, 19 secondary indicators: natural landscape, humanistic landscape, ecological environment, folklore customs, concentration of scenic spots, capacity of scenic spots, popularity, reputation, traffic conditions connecting tourist destinations, transit time, transportation expenses, Dining conditions, accommodation, entertainment facilities and projects, infrastructure, shopping conditions, staff services, and the nearby tourist attractions, distance from the nearby tourist attractions. On the basis of this, we design the questionnaire of experts and tourists, and interview the tourists and industry experts who come to Qinglong Lake, and analyze the data obtained by the questionnaire by Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In order to determine the impact of Qinglong Lake tourism attractiveness of all levels of weights, and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the tourist questionnaire data, combined with the AHP index weight to measure the tourism attraction of Qinglong Lake. The conclusion of this study is as follows: tourism resources have the greatest impact on tourism attraction, accessibility, tourism reception conditions, overall image, and the relationship between tourism resources and other tourist destinations is the least; The secondary indexes affecting the tourism attraction of Qinglong Lake can be divided into three levels according to their weight. The first important factors are natural landscape, traffic conditions connecting the tourist source, human landscape, popularity, ecological environment, time on the way, The second most important factors are folklore customs, differences from nearby tourist attractions, accommodation conditions, reputation, concentration of scenic spots, catering conditions, transportation costs, capacity of scenic spots, distance from nearby tourist attractions, The third most important factors are infrastructure, staff services, recreational facilities and projects, and shopping conditions. The overall tourist attraction of Qinglong Lake is at the "average" level, and the level of attraction of tourism resources is "high". Relations with other tourist destinations, accessibility and attractive tourist reception conditions are "fair". Finally, the paper puts forward the strategy of promoting the tourism attraction of Qinglong Lake in view of the evaluation results, and puts forward specific suggestions from four aspects: innovating and developing tourism products, optimizing the traffic environment of scenic spots, enhancing the overall image of scenic spots and perfecting tourism facilities.
