【摘要】：近年来,伴随着我国经济实力不断增强,我国的旅游业也不断深入发展,已经开始迈入从大众观光型传统旅游向休闲度假品质旅游转变的阶段。人们的旅游消费也从单一的观光转向了休闲、度假、娱乐、购物、会议多需求和多功能相结合。旅游综合体正是在这样的新形势下产生的一种新型旅游业态。应运而生的旅游综合体集功能复合、空间聚集、品质服务为一体,很好的满足了现代旅游的发展需求,因此势头迅猛,已成为区域旅游综合开发的典型模式之一。然而,旅游综合体作为我国首创的新兴词汇和事物,学术界系统的理论和研究始终较少。因此,关于旅游综合体发展的实践经验总结和理论研究指导十分的迫切和有必要。本文在前人研究基础上进一步界定了旅游综合体的概念及其特征,并结合国内旅游综合体发展中的典型案例对我国旅游综合体的开发模式进行了归纳和分析；在此基础上,概括性的指出了目前国内旅游综合体发展过程中存在的主要问题并提出了相关优化策略。文章共分为三部分,分别从概念体系认知、开发模式分析和开发优化三个层级对旅游综合体的发展进行了研究和探讨：第一部分：旅游综合体认知体系。该部分界定了旅游综合体的概念,归纳了其基本特征,辨析了其和相关概念的异同,并解释了旅游综合体开发的意义。第二部分：探析旅游综合体的开发模式。首先描述了国内旅游综合体的发展现状,指出了影响旅游综合体开发的三大因素；在此基础上归纳出了四种旅游综合体的开发模式：以休闲娱乐功能为核心、以休闲度假功能为核心、以综合商业功能为核心和以文化体验功能为核心,并结合四个案例对每种开发模式的基本特征和经营战略进行了分析。第三部分：旅游综合体开发优化。分析了目前我国旅游综合体发展存在的主要问题,并针对性的提出了优化策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing economic strength of our country, the tourism industry of our country has also been developing in depth, and has begun to enter the stage of transition from the traditional tourism of mass tourism to the quality tourism of leisure and vacation. People's tourism consumption has also shifted from a single sightseeing to leisure, vacation, entertainment, shopping, meeting multi-demand and multi-functional combination. Tourism complex is a new type of tourism form under such a new situation. The tourism complex, which comes into being as the times require, integrates function, space gathering and quality service, and meets the development demand of modern tourism well, so it has become one of the typical models of comprehensive development of regional tourism. However, as the first new word and thing in our country, the theory and research of tourism complex in academic circles is still few. Therefore, it is very urgent and necessary to summarize the practical experience and guide the theoretical research on the development of tourism complex. On the basis of previous studies, this paper further defines the concept and characteristics of tourism complex, and combines the typical cases of domestic tourism complex development to summarize and analyze the development model of tourism complex in China. This paper points out the main problems existing in the development of domestic tourism complex and puts forward the relevant optimization strategies. The paper is divided into three parts. It studies and discusses the development of tourism complex from three levels of concept system cognition, development mode analysis and development optimization. The first part: the cognitive system of tourism complex. This part defines the concept of tourism complex, summarizes its basic characteristics, differentiates the similarities and differences between tourism complex and related concepts, and explains the significance of tourism complex development. The second part: explore the development mode of tourism complex. Firstly, this paper describes the development status of domestic tourism complex, points out three factors that affect the development of tourism complex, and then concludes four development modes of tourism complex: the core of which is leisure and entertainment. Taking the leisure and vacation function as the core, the comprehensive commercial function as the core and the cultural experience function as the core, combined with four cases, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics and management strategy of each development model. The third part: the development optimization of tourism complex. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the development of tourism complex in China, and puts forward the optimization strategy.
