张家界旅游演艺业态发展研究

【摘要】:旅游演艺是旅游产业与文化产业融合发展的产物,旅游演艺业态是旅游业与演艺业相互融合而产生的新型旅游业态。国内对于旅游业态的研究始于2005年,值得注意的是我国旅游演艺业态虽然发展较晚,但是发展速度快且影响力大,形成了自身独特的发展模式,极具研究价值。鉴于目前还没有学者从微观角度对旅游业态的构成进行系统全面的研究,本文基于文献分析和实地调查,对旅游演艺业态构成要素进行了细分,从业态构成要素视角对张家界旅游演艺业态发展现状和发展问题进行研究,一方面推动了旅游业态发展的理论研究,另一方面也在实践上为张家界地区旅游演艺业态进一步发展提供建议和参考。文章从“旅游业态”、“旅游演艺”的概念和旅游业态构成要素方面的研究入手,结合访谈法和数据分析法提出旅游演艺业态的构成要素,运用SPSS17.0软件采用探索性因子分析法萃取出四大一级构成要素:组织形式、经营方式、旅游产品和经济效益,并运用AMOS17.0软件,采用极大似然法对数据和测量模型进行验证性因子分析,验证了构成要素提出的科学性与合理性。根据二级构成要素编制调查问卷,对张家界旅游演艺业态发展情况进行了调查,调查对象涉及旅游演艺企业管理人员、政府相关部门工作人员、旅行社工作人员、导游人员、当地文化传承者、民众和旅游专家。针对调查结果,用均值大小反映此要素的发展现状,用标准差来反映此要素得分的离散程度。调查发现目前张家界旅游演艺业态发展在表演形式、基础设施、经营宗旨、关系网络、产品创新、产品内容、差异化、利润能力8个二级要素方面发展较差,主要问题表现在:在组织形式方面表现为表演形式单一,基础设施建设不足;经营方式方面表现为营销模式多样化,但利用效率不高,而且关系网络有待加强;旅游产品方面表现为旅游演艺产品创新性不足,产品内容主题单一,产品差异化不明显;经济效益方面则是利润能力有待加强。据此出张家界旅游演艺业态发展的建议,包括精心对旅游演出场所进行建设、增加旅游演艺产品的表演形式、增加旅游演艺企业的营销渠道、重视与旅游产业链上企业的关系、借助于政府的指导、支持宏观规划和多元融资、丰富旅游演艺产品的类型及不断创作新的高质量的旅游演艺产品等。
[Abstract]:Tourism performing arts is the product of the integration and development of tourism industry and cultural industry. Tourism performing arts industry is a new type of tourism industry which is produced by the mutual integration of tourism and performing arts industry. The domestic research on tourism form began in 2005. It is worth noting that although the development of tourism performing arts in China is relatively late, it has a rapid development speed and great influence, which has formed its own unique development model and has great research value. In view of the fact that no scholar has made a systematic and comprehensive study on the composition of tourism business form from a micro perspective, this paper, based on literature analysis and field investigation, has subdivided the elements of tourism performing arts form. The present situation and problems of the development of Zhangjiajie tourism performing arts form are studied from the angle of the essential factors of the form of business. On the one hand, it promotes the theoretical study of the development of the tourism industry. On the other hand, it also provides suggestions and references for the further development of tourism performing arts in Zhangjiajie area. This paper begins with the research on the concepts of "tourism industry", "tourism performing arts" and the constituent elements of tourism performance, and puts forward the constituent elements of tourism performance form by combining the interview method and the data analysis method. By using SPSS 17.0 software and exploratory factor analysis method, four primary components were extracted: organizational form, management mode, tourism products and economic benefits, and AMOS17.0 software was used. The method of maximum likelihood is used to analyze the data and the measurement model, which verifies the scientific and reasonable of the component elements. According to the questionnaire compiled by the secondary constituent elements, the development of Zhangjiajie tourism performing arts business is investigated. The objects of the investigation include the managers of the tourism performing arts enterprises, the staff of the relevant government departments, the staff of the travel agencies, the tour guides, Local cultural inheritors, people and tourism experts. According to the survey results, the average value is used to reflect the development of this factor, and the standard deviation is used to reflect the discrete degree of the factor score. The investigation found that at present, the development of Zhangjiajie tourism performing arts format is poor in the aspects of performance form, infrastructure, business purpose, relationship network, product innovation, product content, differentiation, and profit ability. The main problems are as follows: the organization form is single, the infrastructure construction is insufficient, the marketing mode is diversified, but the utilization efficiency is not high, and the relationship network needs to be strengthened. In the aspect of tourism products, the innovation of tourism performing arts products is insufficient, the content of products is single, the differentiation of products is not obvious, and the profit ability needs to be strengthened in the aspect of economic benefits. Based on this, some suggestions for the development of Zhangjiajie tourism performing arts industry are put forward, including the careful construction of tourism performing venues, the increase of the performance forms of tourism performing arts products, the increase of marketing channels for tourism performing arts enterprises, and the emphasis on the relationship with enterprises in the tourism industry chain. With the guidance of the government, we support macro planning and multi-financing, enrich the types of tourism performing products and constantly create new high-quality tourism performing arts products
