古村落居民行为对游客心理承载力影响研究

【摘要】：古村落景区内的拥堵现象,降低了游客体验的同时,也超出了游客心理承载力。游客心理承载力的外部影响因素包括环境因素、活动因素和群体因素三部分,居民是这三部分影响因素中不可或缺的部分。现有文献对居民行为是否影响游客心理承载力进行了探究,但是却未能解释居民行为对游客心理承载力的影响过程和影响程度。根据行为学和体验理论,本文提出古村落居民行为通过游客体验对游客心理承载力产生正向影响,并对相关假设进行检验。本文以游客体验为中间变量,运用结构方程模型探究古村落居民行为对游客心理承载力的影响过程和影响程度。根据前人研究结果选取15个古村落居民行为变量,通过SP S S18.0软件对这些变量进行因子分析,提取古村落居民与游客互动、古村落居民生活方式和古村落居民商业活动三个主因子。最终在现有研究和因子分析基础上得出结构方程模型中五个潜变量的18个观测变量。运用Amo s17.0软件对结构方程模型进行估计并对假设进行验证。研究结果证实古村落居民生活方式和古村落居民商业活动通过游客体验对游客心理承载力产生正向的影响,且古村落居民生活方式带来的影响程度大于古村落居民商业活动的影响程度。相关管理者在关注古村落居民行为同时,也应挖掘古村落居民生生活中具有文化特色、风俗习惯的节目和活动。
[Abstract]:The congestion phenomenon in the ancient village scenic area reduces the tourist experience and exceeds the tourist psychological carrying capacity. The external factors of tourists' psychological carrying capacity include environmental factors, activity factors and group factors, among which residents are indispensable. The existing literature explores whether resident behavior affects the psychological carrying capacity of tourists, but it fails to explain the process and extent of the influence of resident behavior on the psychological carrying capacity of tourists. According to the theory of behavior and experience, this paper puts forward that the behavior of ancient village residents has a positive effect on the psychological carrying capacity of tourists through tourist experience, and tests the relevant assumptions. Taking tourist experience as the intermediate variable, this paper uses the structural equation model to study the influence process and degree of the ancient village residents' behavior on the tourists' psychological carrying capacity. According to the results of previous studies, 15 ancient village residents' behavior variables were selected, and these variables were analyzed by SPS18.0 software to extract the interaction between ancient village residents and tourists. There are three main factors in the life style of the ancient village residents and the commercial activities of the ancient village residents. Finally, on the basis of existing research and factor analysis, 18 observation variables of five latent variables in the structural equation model are obtained. The structural equation model is estimated by Amo s17.0 software and the hypothesis is verified. The results show that the way of life of ancient village residents and the business activities of ancient village residents have a positive impact on the psychological carrying capacity of tourists through the tourist experience. And the influence of the ancient village residents' lifestyle is greater than that of the ancient village residents' commercial activities. Relevant managers should pay attention to the behavior of the ancient village residents, but also explore the cultural characteristics, customs and activities in the living life of the ancient village residents.
