绥中县旅游发展战略研究

【摘要】：随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们的旅游消费需求日益多元化,旅游市场竞争愈演愈烈,开发更为广阔的细分市场成为旅游目的地致胜的一大法宝,旅游业已成为国际经济中最大的产业,已成为一些国家或地区国民经济的支柱产业。随着辽宁沿海经济沿海经济带上升为国家战略的历史性机遇,绥中旅游业也必将面临重大的发展机遇,发展基础将需要更加坚实,发展空间将会更加广阔。在这样的大背景下,绥中县旅游业要实现跨越式发展就应对绥中县的旅游产业发展战略进行系统性研究,这对绥中县社会和经济健康、快速和可持续发展具有重要的战略意义,也是保证绥中县旅游业与其他产业协调、互促发展的内在要求。本文以绥中县为研究对象,运用战略管理理论,对影响绥中县旅游业发展的因素及内外环境、资源进行分析,运用SWOT分析方法和理论制定旅游发展战略,对绥中县旅游业未来发展提供了发展思路。本文首先分析了绥中县旅游发展战略研究的背景和意义,阐述了旅游发展战略的概念及研究的相关理论支撑,分析了国内外旅游发展战略的研究动态,构建论文的研究框架体系及研究方法;其次分析了绥中县旅游业发展现状,并对绥中县旅游发展的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行深入分析,构建SWOT分析模型;在此基础上分析了绥中县旅游发展战略选择的原则,发展战略定位及目标,并对绥中县旅游发展战略的创新战略进行了阐述,并对战略实施的保障措施等方面进行细致阐述;最后,对全文做出简要总结,指出本文取得的主要成果及不足,以待在今后的研究中加以改进和做更进一步的完善。
[Abstract]:With the development of the national economy and the improvement of the people's living standard, people's demand for tourism consumption is becoming more and more diversified, and the competition in the tourism market is becoming increasingly fierce. The development of a broader market segment has become a major magic weapon for tourism destinations to win. Tourism has become the largest industry in the international economy and the pillar industry of the national economy of some countries or regions. With the development of Liaoning coastal economic belt as a historic opportunity of national strategy, Suizhong tourism industry is bound to face an important development opportunity, the development foundation will need to be more solid, the development space will be broader. Against this background, Suizhong County's tourism industry development strategy should be systematically studied in order to realize leap-forward development of tourism industry in Suizhong County, which has important strategic significance for the social and economic health, rapid and sustainable development of Suizhong County. It is also the inherent requirement to ensure the coordination of tourism and other industries in Suizhong County. This paper takes Suizhong County as the research object, applies the strategic management theory, analyzes the factors that affect the development of Suizhong county's tourism industry and the internal and external environment, resources, and formulates the tourism development strategy with SWOT analysis method and theory. To Suizhong county tourism future development provides the development thought. This paper first analyzes the background and significance of the study of Suizhong County tourism development strategy, expounds the concept of tourism development strategy and related theoretical support of the research, and analyzes the domestic and foreign tourism development strategy research trends. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of tourism development in Suizhong County, analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Suizhong County tourism development, and constructs SWOT analysis model. On this basis, this paper analyzes the principles, orientation and objectives of the strategic choice of Suizhong county tourism development strategy, and expounds the innovative strategy of Suizhong county tourism development strategy, and expounds the safeguard measures of the implementation of the strategy. Finally, the paper makes a brief summary of the full text, points out the main achievements and shortcomings of this paper, in order to be improved and further improved in the future research.
