俄罗斯堪察加边疆区发展旅游业的优势

【摘要】：本文就俄罗斯勘察加边疆区发展旅游业的优势加以展开分析,重点论述了勘察加边疆区的自然地理状况和优势旅游资源以及其旅游业的发展趋势,以及对勘察加边疆区旅游业的未来发展提供了几点建议。勘察加边疆区是俄罗斯2007年新成立的一个联邦主体,属于俄罗斯的远东地区,面积大约37万平方公里,人口25万人。勘察加边疆区有着不同的自然文化景观、有活火山、有侏罗纪时期遗留下来的冰川、间歇泉以及一些河流、海洋、内陆湖泊等,据统计,勘察加边疆区各种奇特的生物达到上百万种,并且有着各种珍稀动植物群落,这些珍贵的旅游资源一边被开发利用一边被当局保护起来了。勘察加边疆区丰富的旅游资源主要包括独一无二的火山区域、奇异独特的自然景观、世所罕见的动植物群落、历史久远的名胜古迹等。活火山组成了边疆区独特的风景线,在这些活火山的周围还遍布着无数的喷泉;奇异独特的自然景观有着举世闻名的死人谷、鄂霍刺耳吉日家多湾巨浪等;世所罕见的动植物群落包括一些十分珍稀的野生动植物,这些动植物组成了丰富的自然景观,比如一些高大的草本植物群落、雪羊、白尾海鹫、体型巨大的勘察加海蟹等,还有一些动物群落包括紫貂、北极鼠、北冰洋黄鼠等。还有一些不可胜数的鸟类群落,比如花魁鸟、海鸥等,世界上大约有60%的海鹫在勘察加边疆区;历史久远的名胜古迹主要包括一些佛教祠堂或者当地的历史博物馆等,通过这些可以了解勘察加边疆区的历史发展轨迹。目前,勘察加边疆区形成了自己独有特色的四类优势旅游,分别是以名胜古迹为主的观光旅游、以滑雪为主的特色旅游、以刺激为主的狩猎旅游以及以学习为主的教育旅游,这四个优势旅游项目组成了勘察加边疆区整个旅游规划,对整个勘察加边疆区的旅游业发展起到了推动的作用。勘察加边疆区目前有四条旅游路线,分别是自然公园路线、喷泉路线、活火山游览路线、狩猎游览路线。随着现代通讯技术以及公路铁路设施的不断完善,近几年又形成了数条新的旅游路线。勘察加边疆区旅游业目前遇到最大的问题就是没有先进的公路设施,因此当局应该尽快完善铁路建设,以适应不同的游客对于旅游的需求。勘察加边疆区旅游业的发展有着诸多的优势,首先在于其有着庞大的旅游资源,其次在于有着巨大的潜在的旅游基数,这两个优势使得勘察加边疆区的每年的经济呈线性增长。勘察加边疆区未来对于旅游业的发展,可以从这几个方面进行考虑,首先要及时开发潜在的旅游资源;其次要扩大旅游市场,这就要求规划好旅游的优势路线;最后重点要打开中国的旅游市场,只有将这三个方面融会贯通,那么勘察加边疆区的旅游业势必会给俄罗斯带来更大的经济效益。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the advantages of tourism development in Russia are analyzed, and the natural geographical conditions and advantages of tourist resources and the development trend of tourism in the region are discussed. Some suggestions are provided for the future development of the tourism industry in the region. The territory of Kamchatka is a newly established federal entity of Russia in 2007. It belongs to the far East of Russia. It covers an area of about 370000 square kilometers and has a population of 250000 people. There are different natural and cultural landscapes, active volcanoes, glaciers, geysers, rivers, seas and inland lakes left over from the Jurassic period. According to statistics, With millions of exotic creatures and rare flora and fauna, these precious tourist resources have been exploited and protected by the authorities. The rich tourist resources in the area include unique volcanic areas, unique natural landscapes, rare flora and fauna communities, and historic sites. The active volcanoes form the unique scenery line of the border area, and there are countless fountains all around these active volcanoes, the strange and unique natural landscape has the world-famous dead man's valley, the Ehuo Jiri home's big waves and so on; The world's rare flora and fauna include some very rare wild animals and plants, which make up rich natural landscapes, such as tall herbaceous communities, snow sheep, white-tailed sea vultures, giant reconnaissance crabs, and so on. Other animal communities include ferrets, arctic rats, Arctic yellow rats, and so on. There are also innumerable bird communities, such as Huagui birds, seagulls, and so on. About 60% of the world's sea vultures are investigating the borders of the Canadian border; the ancient historical sites mainly include some Buddhist ancestral halls or local historical museums, etc. Through these, we can understand the historical development track of the reconnaissance and border area. At present, the investigation and border region has formed its own unique characteristics of the four kinds of advantages of tourism, respectively, mainly scenic tourism, mainly ski tourism, mainly to stimulate hunting tourism and education tourism based on learning. These four advantageous tourism projects constitute the whole tourism plan of the reconnaissance and border area, which plays an important role in promoting the tourism development of the whole reconnaissance and border area. At present, there are four tourist routes in the region, namely the natural park route, the fountain route, the active volcano tour route and the hunting tour route. With the development of modern communication technology and highway and railway facilities, several new tourist routes have been formed in recent years. At present, the biggest problem encountered by the tourism industry is the lack of advanced highway facilities, so the authorities should improve the railway construction as soon as possible to meet the needs of different tourists for tourism. There are many advantages in the development of the tourism industry in the region, first of all, it has a huge tourism resources, and secondly, it has a huge potential tourism base. These two advantages make the economy of the reconnaissance and border region linearly increase every year. In the future, we can consider the development of tourism from these aspects: first, we should develop potential tourism resources in time; secondly, we should expand the tourism market, which requires the planning of tourism advantage route. Finally, it is necessary to open up China's tourism market. Only by integrating these three aspects, will the tourism industry in the region of exploration and border areas bring greater economic benefits to Russia.
