江西中旅人力资源管理的对策分析

【摘要】:旅游业是当今世界日益发展的朝阳行业,其主要特征表现在行业的相关性高、综合性强、涉及范围广等,旅游业有着显著的经济效益。旅游行业的连续发展和飞速发展已经收到了世界各国的关注焦点。世界各国都越来越关注旅游业的发展,将其作为今后的发展重点,积极开发新的旅游目的地,,吸引国内以及来自世界各地的游客,拓展本国的旅游市场。特别是,很多国家将旅游业作为本国的支柱产业,希望通过旅游业振兴经济,并带动相关产业的发展。国际旅游业稳步发展,市场容量逐步扩大,旅游人数逐年递增。与此同时旅游业的竞争也更加激烈,我国旅游业将面临很大挑战,旅行社竞争加剧,利润空间更小。 旅行社的增加在很大程度上促进了旅游行业繁荣景象的出现,但是在增速发展的同时,却忽视了旅游人才的重要性。由于旅游业人才供给不足、旅游业薪酬较低、企业对人力资源重视度不够等等方面的原因造成目前我国旅行社普遍存在着人力资源质量偏低的情况,阻碍了企业的进一步发展。 本文主要研究了江西省中旅中人力资源的发展情况,针对目前旅行社人力资源管理缺失专业化人才,管理缺乏有效性,人才流失以及绩效考核和企业文化建设等问题,同时企业面临的人才招聘和鼓励机制中存在的种种不足,进行了深入的分析和原因探究,同时有针对性地提出了改进关于人员招聘、人力资源管理的方法,在完善绩效管理和激励机制方面深入剖析并找出适合的策略。旨在通过对旅游业人力资源管理中的各种问题的分析探究,改进江西中旅的管理机制,促进旅游业的人力资源发展。以江西中旅为切入点,本文研究对整个中国旅游业目前的健康发展也是极具意义的,为促进中国旅游业的发展提供一些新的思路。
[Abstract]:Tourism is an increasingly developing sunrise industry in the world, which is characterized by its high correlation, strong comprehensiveness, wide range and so on. Tourism has remarkable economic benefits. The continuous development and rapid development of the tourism industry has received the attention of countries all over the world. Countries all over the world pay more and more attention to the development of tourism, regard it as the focus of future development, actively develop new tourist destinations, attract tourists from home and from all over the world, and expand the tourism market of their own countries. In particular, many countries regard tourism as their pillar industry, hoping to revitalize the economy through tourism and promote the development of related industries. The international tourism industry develops steadily, the market capacity expands step by step, the number of tourists increases year by year. At the same time, the competition of the tourism industry is more fierce, the tourism industry of our country will face great challenge, the competition of travel agency intensifies, the profit space is smaller. The increase of travel agencies promotes the prosperity of tourism industry to a great extent, but it ignores the importance of tourism talents. Due to the shortage of talent supply in tourism, the low salary of tourism industry and the insufficient attention paid to human resources by enterprises, the low quality of human resources generally exists in travel agencies of our country at present, which hinders the further development of enterprises. This paper mainly studies the development of human resources in Jiangxi Province, aiming at the lack of specialized talents, lack of effectiveness, brain drain, performance appraisal and corporate culture construction, etc. At the same time, the problems in the recruitment and encouragement mechanism of talents faced by enterprises are analyzed deeply and the reasons are explored. At the same time, the methods of improving personnel recruitment and human resource management are put forward. In the improvement of performance management and incentive mechanism in-depth analysis and find out the appropriate strategy. The purpose of this paper is to improve the management mechanism of Jiangxi China Travel Service and promote the development of tourism human resources through the analysis of various problems in the management of tourism human resources. With Jiangxi China Travel Service as the starting point, this study is of great significance to the healthy development of China's tourism industry, and provides some new ideas for promoting the development of China's tourism industry.
