中国滨海旅游业效率评价及时空演变分析

【摘要】：文章在梳理滨海旅游业效率在旅游产业发展中驱动作用的基础上,利用数据包络分析(DEA)、全局Malmquist模型结合标准差椭圆分析方法,对中国53个沿海城市的滨海旅游业效率进行时空演变分析。结果发现:1滨海旅游业是以"人"的高效率发展为原动力、以具有协同性的"陆-人-海"系统为依托,在旅游产业中具有特殊资源性质、在海洋产业中占主导地位的绿色经济产业,其发展受人类经济活动效率的制约。2滨海旅游业对外部经济环境变化敏感性较强、脆弱性明显,政府投资对滨海旅游业发展效率具有显著促进作用,但投资规模与规模效率不具指数效应;滨海旅游业规模效率与综合效率时空发展规律相吻合,纯技术效率是推动综合效率发展的主导因素,政策效率是目前中国滨海旅游业发展效率的主要影响因素;我国滨海旅游业效率空间整体呈现南高北低分布,但区域差距呈逐步缩小态势。3影响滨海旅游业效率的驱动因素具有相互制约、协同发展的特点,滨海旅游业发展应注重从业人员素质及专业化培养,逐步引导旅游者向文明游、生态游方向发展,完善区域旅游业发展配套政策措施,提高滨海旅游业各效率综合发展水平,结合区域发展差异采取具有针对性的效率提升措施。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the driving role of coastal tourism efficiency in the development of tourism industry, the paper uses data envelopment analysis (DEA),) global Malmquist model and standard deviation ellipse analysis method. This paper analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution of coastal tourism efficiency in 53 coastal cities of China. The results show that the coastal tourism industry is based on the highly efficient development of "people" and the cooperative "land-man-sea" system, and has a special nature of resources in the tourism industry. Green economy industry, which plays a leading role in marine industry, its development is restricted by the efficiency of human economic activities .2 Coastal tourism is sensitive to the changes of external economic environment, and its vulnerability is obvious. Government investment plays a significant role in promoting the development of coastal tourism, but the scale of investment and scale efficiency have no exponential effect, the scale efficiency of coastal tourism is consistent with the space-time development law of comprehensive efficiency. Pure technical efficiency is the leading factor to promote the development of comprehensive efficiency, policy efficiency is the main influencing factor of the development efficiency of coastal tourism in China at present, and the spatial distribution of coastal tourism efficiency in China is as a whole high in the south, low in the north, and low in the north. However, the regional gap is gradually narrowing. The driving factors affecting the efficiency of coastal tourism have the characteristics of mutual restriction and coordinated development. The development of coastal tourism should pay attention to the quality of practitioners and the training of specialization, and guide tourists to travel to civilization step by step. Ecological tourism development, regional tourism development policy measures to improve the comprehensive level of efficiency of coastal tourism development, combined with regional development differences to take targeted efficiency measures.
