潍坊市杨家埠村乡村旅游发展研究
[Abstract]:At present, rural tourism is favored by more and more tourists in developed countries and has become an important part of tourism. Although China's rural tourism started late, it has developed rapidly. Especially since the "Golden week" holiday was implemented in 1999, the development of rural tourism has suddenly increased. However, rural tourism in China is still in the initial stage of development, still lack of relatively mature theoretical guidance, in the actual operation process, there are also some factors and problems restricting the development of rural tourism, affecting the healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism. Taking Yangjiabu Village of Weifang City as an example, this paper discusses how to guide rural tourism to the path of sustainable development, and attempts to provide some references for the further development of rural tourism industry in the future development of Yang Jiabu. First of all, on the basis of the existing research results of rural tourism, this paper makes a systematic analysis of rural tourism from the aspects of the concept, characteristics, production and development of rural tourism, and the general situation of development at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the research status of rural tourism at home and abroad, defines the concept of rural tourism, and clarifies the difference between rural tourism and ecotourism, agricultural tourism, and so on. Secondly, on the basis of market research, through the use of SWOT analysis method focused on the Weifang City and even Shandong Province people's attitude to rural tourism, understanding of the situation and consumption preferences, the analysis of the current situation of Yangjiabu rural tourism, It points out the problems existing in Yangjiabu's rural tourism, such as insufficient innovative ability of rural tourism, lack of human resources in rural tourism, weak linkage of rural tourism regions, lack of deep excavation of cultural background, insufficient follow-up construction of scenic spots and waste of idle resources. The chain of rural tourism industry is short, lack of linkage with other industries, single product items, failure to realize the complementary differences, some rural environment is not beautiful enough, the sanitation conditions of scenic spots are poor, and so on. Thirdly, combined with the comprehensive influence factors, this paper puts forward the general idea of promoting the development of Yangjiabu rural tourism, and points out specifically that the development strategy of Yangjiabu rural tourism industry organization is to develop the characteristic resources, deepen the characteristic management, and focus on cultivating the superior resources. Realize the specialized development, enhance the comprehensive strength, carry on the overall promotion of the rural ecotourism resources development model. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural tourism in Yangjiabu Village of Weifang City: develop low-carbon rural tourism, further realize the low-carbon development of rural tourism, develop creative rural tourism, transform creativity into economic benefits, and cultivate the advantages of human resources. To enhance the level of management and management, to increase the creation of the brand characteristics of kites and New year paintings, to give full play to the radiation drive, to implement regional rural tourism linkage, to strengthen the infrastructure construction of Yangjiabu Village in Weifang City, and to provide protection for the development of rural tourism. Implementing the division of national main function areas, developing and protecting simultaneously, extending the chain of rural tourism industry, promoting the overall economic benefit and deepening the multi-directional financing channels, ensuring the continuous follow-up of the construction of scenic spots.
