城市型风景区的风景区经济发展模式研究——以武汉东湖风景名胜区为例

【摘要】：以武汉东湖风景名胜区为例,主要从城市型风景区的特性、产业结构和布局两方面入手,研究城市型风景区的风景区经济发展模式。研究发现,东湖风景区本地游客所占比例较大,但景中村的发展面临困境。风景区经济产业结构比较简单,景区内主要是以餐饮、住宿和旅游商品销售为主的第三产业。产业布局上,经济活动呈现出由景区内向景区外扩散的趋势,但景区与城市的联动性不强。最后总结了城市型风景区经济发展的圈层模式,并对东湖风景区未来发展提出一些对策。
[Abstract]:Taking the East Lake scenic spot of Wuhan as an example, the economic development mode of the scenic spot of urban type is studied from the aspects of the characteristics, industrial structure and layout of the urban scenic spot. The study found that the proportion of local tourists in East Lake Scenic area is large, but the development of Jingzhong Village is facing difficulties. The economic industrial structure of Scenic spot is relatively simple, the tertiary industry is mainly catering, accommodation and tourism commodity sales. In the industrial layout, the economic activities are diffusing from the scenic area to the outside, but the linkage between the scenic spot and the city is not strong. Finally, the paper summarizes the pattern of economic development of urban scenic spots, and puts forward some countermeasures for the future development of East Lake scenic spots.
