长沙市休闲农业竞争力研究

【摘要】：以农业为基础,以科技为支撑,以生态为卖点,休闲农业发展如日中天。近年来,长沙市以打造“休闲农业第一市”为目标,抓住城乡一体化推进和两型社会建设的机遇,积极培育引导,推动转型发展,保持了休闲农业发展的强劲势头,给农村经济发展带来了强有力的动力。长沙市拥有丰富的休闲农业资源,怎样把优势资源转化为持久竞争力,是长沙市未来发展休闲农业应该考虑的问题。因此,本文在参阅大量国内外相关文献的基础上,提出了休闲农业竞争力的基本概念,运用经济学、旅游学、可持续发展等理论与方法,分析了休闲农业竞争力的理论依据和影响要素,并借鉴波特的竞争力评价模型、弓弦箭模型,结合休闲农业发展实际情况,选取了相关指标,以资源竞争力、市场竞争力、相关支持因素竞争力、政策支持竞争力和管理竞争力五个方面来构建休闲农业竞争力评价模型,最后按照一定原则构建了一套休闲农业竞争力的评价指标体系。通过对长沙、成都、南昌三个对比城市进行定量分析,得出三个城市休闲农业竞争力的综合排名,成都市位于第一,长沙第二,南昌第三。并针对所得出的结果进行全面分析,找出影响长沙市休闲农业发展的影响因素,最后提出了长沙市未来发展休闲农业应该注重政府扶持、营销推广、资金投入、产业发展、人才培养、环境保护、深挖资源价值、培育品牌、配套服务十大影响因素,确保休闲农业能够得到健康持续的发展。
[Abstract]:With agriculture as the foundation, science and technology as the support, ecology as the selling point, leisure agriculture develops like the sky. In recent years, Changsha, aiming at creating "the first city of leisure agriculture", has grasped the opportunity of promoting urban-rural integration and the construction of a two-oriented society, actively cultivated and guided, promoted the transformation and development, and maintained the strong momentum of the development of leisure agriculture. To the rural economic development brought a strong impetus. Changsha has abundant leisure agriculture resources. How to transform the advantage resources into lasting competitiveness is a problem that should be considered in the future development of leisure agriculture in Changsha. Therefore, on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, this paper puts forward the basic concept of the competitiveness of leisure agriculture, and applies the theories and methods of economics, tourism, sustainable development, etc. This paper analyzes the theoretical basis and influencing factors of the competitiveness of leisure agriculture, and draws lessons from Porter's competitiveness evaluation model, bow string and arrow model, and combines the actual situation of leisure agriculture development, selects the relevant indicators, in order to resource competitiveness, market competitiveness. The evaluation model of leisure agriculture competitiveness is constructed from five aspects: the competitiveness of relevant support factors, the competitiveness of policy support and the competitiveness of management. Finally, a set of evaluation index system of the competitiveness of leisure agriculture is constructed according to certain principles. Through quantitative analysis of Changsha, Chengdu and Nanchang, the comprehensive ranking of the competitiveness of leisure agriculture in three cities is obtained. Chengdu is in the first place, Changsha is the second, and Nanchang is the third. And according to the results of comprehensive analysis, to find out the impact factors affecting the development of leisure agriculture in Changsha, finally proposed that the future development of leisure agriculture in Changsha should pay attention to government support, marketing promotion, capital investment, industrial development. Talent training, environmental protection, resource value, brand cultivation, supporting service ten factors, to ensure that leisure agriculture can get a healthy and sustainable development.
