家庭旅游行为代际传承研究

【摘要】:改革开放三十年以来,我国第一代旅游者的消费习惯和行为模式已经趋于成熟,家庭旅游作为新一代旅游者消费偏好和行为模式学习的重要活动情境,为我们理解新一代旅游者潜在行为偏好和模式提供了很好的研究机会。本文从家庭旅游的成员构成出发,基于代际传承理论将家庭旅游成员分为天然的亲代与子代两代,着重研究亲代与子代之间在家庭旅游行为上的传承表征、影响因素、分类模式等。在本文研究过程中,将认知学习理论和计划行为理论作为一个基础的分析视角,通过借鉴其基本的理论方法,将家庭旅游成员的旅游行为作为人与旅游环境之间互动关系的表现来考察,从而形成对亲代和子代旅游行为的过程化研究。本文实证数据的获得来源于深圳东部华侨城手机APP旅游行为调研活动。此次调研首次采用手机APP开展家庭旅游行为调研,以获取家庭旅游的景区行动轨迹,收集照片、视频、手绘、访谈等多种数据,研究家庭在旅游过程中的行为模式。通过对调研所获取数据的实证分析,验证了在认知行为、空间行为和评价行为三个层次均存在亲代和子代之间的传承关系。研究表明,家庭旅游行为代际传承现象确实存在,并且传承关系是家庭旅游代际关系中的主流,各个层面上的"绝对传承"和"强传承"比例之和占有优势地位。在家庭旅游行为代际传承的研究中,还对传承现象的影响因素和聚类模式进行了分析。在影响因素方面研究发现,子代年龄、子代受教育程度和亲代性别可识别为家庭旅游行为代际传承影响因素。在聚类分析方面研究发现,存在不同的家庭旅游行为代际传承模式,具体来说包括两种模式、四种类型,即后喻模式——亲子一致型、后喻模式——亲代满意型、前喻模式——子代主导型、前喻模式——亲代跟随型。家庭旅游行为代际传承的研究表明,亲代的旅游行为通过家庭旅游的方式确实会对子代的旅游行为产生影响。研究家庭旅游行为的代际传承现象,可以在更好地理解家庭旅游现状的同时,通过对当前家庭旅游行为的研究为预测分析子代或下一世代的旅游行为提供可资参考的重要材料,为实现对相关旅游市场的精准预测和相关领域的专项产品规划提供技术支撑。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, the consumption habits and behavior patterns of the first generation of tourists in China have become mature. Family tourism is an important activity situation for the new generation of tourists to study their consumption preference and behavior pattern. It provides a good opportunity for us to understand the potential behavioral preferences and patterns of the new generation of tourists. Based on the theory of family tourism, this paper divides the family tourism members into two generations: natural parents and children, focusing on the inheritance and representation of family tourism behavior between parents and children, and the influencing factors. Classification patterns, etc. In the course of this study, cognitive learning theory and plan behavior theory are taken as a basic perspective of analysis, and their basic theoretical methods are used for reference. The tourism behavior of family tourism members is considered as the manifestation of the interactive relationship between people and tourism environment, thus forming a process study on the tourism behavior of parents and children. The empirical data obtained in this paper come from the mobile APP tourism behavior research in East China overseas Chinese Town in Shenzhen. This research uses mobile phone APP for the first time to carry out research on family tourism behavior in order to obtain the action track of family tourism, collect photos, videos, hand-painted, interview and other data, and study the behavior pattern of family in the process of tourism. Through the empirical analysis of the data obtained from the investigation, it is verified that there exists the inheritance relationship between the parents and the offspring at the three levels of cognitive behavior, spatial behavior and evaluation behavior. The research shows that the phenomenon of intergenerational inheritance of family tourism behavior does exist, and the inheritance relationship is the mainstream of family tourism intergenerational relations, and the proportion of "absolute inheritance" and "strong inheritance" in all levels occupies a dominant position. In the study of intergenerational transmission of family tourism behavior, the influencing factors and clustering model of inheritance phenomenon are also analyzed. In the aspect of influencing factors, it was found that the age, education level and gender of parents could be identified as the influence factors of family tourism behavior transmission. In cluster analysis, it is found that there are different intergenerational inheritance models of family tourism behavior, specifically including two models, four types, that is, post-metaphor model-parent-child consistency type, post-metaphor model-parentage satisfaction type. Pre-metonymy model-progeny dominant type, pre-metonymy model-parent-following type. The research on the transmission of the family tourism behavior shows that the parental tourism behavior does have an impact on the children's tourism behavior through the family tourism. To study the intergenerational transmission of family tourism behavior, we can better understand the present situation of family tourism, and at the same time, we can provide important reference materials for predicting and analyzing the tourism behavior of offspring or next generation through the research of current family tourism behavior. Provide technical support for accurate prediction of related tourism market and specific product planning in related fields.
