生态伦理建设视域下的农村休闲旅游发展模式与管理策略

【摘要】：为解决困扰农村发展的"三农"难题,我国开始了对农村产业结构的调整,并将发展农村休闲旅游业作为主要的实施途径。近几年来,我国旅游产业发展迅速,在很大程度上推动了我国农村休闲旅游产业的发展。除此之外,国家实行的社会主义新农村建设也为农村旅游业的发展提供良好的契机。但是在农村休闲旅游产业不断发展与壮大的同时,出现了乡村景观布局不合理、生态环境遭到严重破坏等状况,不仅破坏了原有的乡村特色,也极大的威胁到乡村生态系统的整体稳定性。因此党的十八大指出要坚持"生态文明"建设的重要举措,在生态伦理建设视阈下发展和管理农村休闲旅游产业。本文主要从农村休闲旅游产业的发展模式和管理策略方面进行阐述,并以浙江省地区为例,对其农村休闲旅游景观的建设情况进行调查研究。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", China has begun to adjust the rural industrial structure and take the development of rural leisure tourism as the main way of implementation. In recent years, China's tourism industry has developed rapidly, to a large extent, promoting the development of rural leisure tourism industry. In addition, the socialist new rural construction also provides a good opportunity for the development of rural tourism. However, with the continuous development and expansion of the rural leisure tourism industry, the irrational distribution of rural landscape and the serious destruction of the ecological environment have not only destroyed the original rural characteristics. It also poses a great threat to the overall stability of the rural ecosystem. Therefore, the 18th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that it is necessary to persist in the construction of "ecological civilization" and to develop and manage the rural leisure tourism industry from the perspective of ecological ethics construction. This article mainly from the rural leisure tourism industry development pattern and the management strategy aspect carries on the elaboration, and takes the Zhejiang province as the example, carries on the investigation and the research to its countryside leisure tourism landscape construction situation.
