上海旅游特色街区特征及其形成机理研究

【摘要】:上海都市旅游经过多年的发展,在国内外具有一定的影响力,旅游特色街区作为都市旅游的重要形象载体日益受到学术界的关注,本文重点对上海旅游特色街区的业态特征和市场特征两方面进行研究,在此基础之上分析上海旅游特色街区的形成机理。 首先,对国内外都市旅游的发展现状以及街区、特色街区、旅游特色街区的研究现状进行综述。 其次,梳理上海旅游特色街区的发展历程,对旅游特色街区的诞生与演变等历史背景进行分析,归纳总结上海市50条特色商业街,并对游憩商业区、旅游特色街区、主题街区的概念进行归纳辨析,将旅游特色街区进行分类,在此基础之上选取上海市南京东路步行街、新天地和朱家角北大街这三条具有典型性和代表性的特色旅游街区作为样本街区进行研究。 第三,通过实地走访对具有代表性的三条样本街区业态进行调研,得到详实的一手资料,在此基础之上对旅游特色街区的业态进行整理分类,发现其中的规律及差异,分析总结上海旅游特色街区的业态特征,将上海旅游特色街区的业态特征归纳为:上海旅游特色街区网点业态分布与其主要功能定位相契合、上海旅游特色街区主导类网点业态与其余类网点业态配置的均衡性、上海旅游特色街区主导类网点业态与其余类网点业态在功能上的互补性、上海旅游特色街区网点业态档次较为全面。 第四,通过对旅游特色街区旅游者随机问卷调查,一方面从客源来源结构、客源性别与年龄结构、客源职业与收入结构等客源人口统计学特征角度进行分析;另一方面,从客源结伴出行情况、客源出行目的、客源逗留时间与消费等客源行为角度进行分析,总结上海旅游特色街区客源市场特征。 最后,在总结上海旅游特色街区业态特征和客源市场特征的基础之上,从外部动力因素、内驱动力因素以及客源市场因素等三个大方面对上海旅游特色街区的形成机理进行总结,外部动力因素为政治与政策因素、经济因素、城市规划因素;内驱动力因素为区位因素、主题与文化因素、历史渊源因素;客源市场因素为旅游者的游憩需求因素、客源人口统计学因素、客源行为因素等,希望能为上海以及全国其他地方旅游特色街区的合理开发建设提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:After years of development, Shanghai urban tourism has a certain influence at home and abroad. As an important image carrier of urban tourism, the tourism characteristic block has been paid more and more attention by academic circles. This paper focuses on the study of the characteristics of the Shanghai tourist characteristic district in terms of its form and market characteristics, and then analyzes the formation mechanism of the Shanghai tourism characteristic district. First of all, the development of urban tourism at home and abroad as well as streets, characteristic blocks, tourism characteristics of the research status of the streets are summarized. Secondly, combing the development course of Shanghai tourism characteristic district, analyzing the historical background, such as the birth and evolution of the tourism characteristic district, summing up the 50 characteristic commercial streets in Shanghai, and summarizing the recreation commercial district, the tourism characteristic district, etc. The concept of theme block is summarized and analyzed, and the tourism characteristic block is classified. On this basis, the pedestrian street of Nanjing East Road in Shanghai is selected. Xintiandi and Zhujiajiao North Street, which are typical and representative tourist blocks, are studied as sample blocks. Third, through the field visit to the representative three sample blocks of business investigation, get detailed first-hand information, on the basis of the tourism characteristics of the streets on the basis of sorting and classification, found the laws and differences. Based on the analysis and summary of the characteristics of Shanghai tourist characteristic district, the paper concludes the characteristics of Shanghai tourism characteristic district as follows: the distribution of network pattern of Shanghai tourism characteristic district coincides with its main function orientation. The equilibrium between the dominant type of network and the other types of network in Shanghai tourism characteristic district, the complementarity between the dominant type of network and the other kinds of network in Shanghai tourism characteristic district, and the balance between the distribution of the dominant type of network and the other types of network in Shanghai tourism characteristic district. Shanghai tourism characteristics of the network level is more comprehensive. Fourthly, through the random questionnaire survey of tourists in tourist characteristic blocks, on the one hand, it analyzes the demographic characteristics of tourists from the aspects of source structure, gender and age structure, occupation and income structure. On the other hand, the characteristics of tourist market in Shanghai tourist characteristic block are summarized from the aspects of passenger travel situation, tourist travel purpose, tourist stay time and consumption, etc. Finally, on the basis of summing up the characteristics of Shanghai tourist characteristic block business and the characteristics of tourist market, from the external dynamic factors, The formation mechanism of Shanghai tourist characteristic district is summarized from three aspects: internal driving force factor and tourist market factor. The external dynamic factors are political and policy factor, economic factor and urban planning factor. The factors of internal driving force are location factor, theme and culture factor, historical origin factor; Tourist market factors are tourist recreation demand factors, tourist demographics factors, tourist behavior factors and so on, hoping to provide a reference for the rational development and construction of tourism characteristic blocks in Shanghai and other parts of the country.
