旅游业发展的效率评价与转型升级

【摘要】："十三五"时期我国旅游业进入幸福导向性发展阶段。从"幸福产业"视角,构建旅游业发展效率评价指标体系,可以有效弥补单纯从经济角度评价旅游业发展效率的不足,为我国旅游业的转型升级和可持续发展提供依据。在重新界定旅游业发展效率内涵和价值诉求的基础上,提炼出旅游业发展效率的构成要素,构建"幸福产业"背景下旅游业发展效率评价指标体系,以期丰富旅游业民生化发展理论,促进旅游业向"幸福产业"转型发展。
[Abstract]:During the Thirteenth five-year Plan period, China's tourism industry entered the stage of happiness-oriented development. From the perspective of "happy industry", the establishment of the evaluation index system of tourism development efficiency can effectively compensate for the lack of evaluation of tourism development efficiency from the economic point of view, and provide the basis for the transformation, upgrading and sustainable development of China's tourism industry. On the basis of redefining the connotation and value demand of tourism development efficiency, this paper abstracts the constituent elements of tourism development efficiency, and constructs the evaluation index system of tourism development efficiency under the background of "happy industry". In order to enrich tourism livelihood development theory, promote tourism to "happy industry" transformation and development.
