辽宁省旅游产业竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:随着人们生活水平的谁高,我国旅游逐渐步入大众化消费时代,成为人们主要的社会经济活动和生活方式。旅游产业在我国经济发展中的地位日趋重要,已成为最耀眼的产业之一。在中国经济新常态的背景下,我国把促进旅游产业发展作为国家战略,从全局和战略的高度谋划和推进旅游产业发展,把旅游产业作为稳定经济增长的重要引擎,调整产业结构的重要突破口以及改善民生的重要手段。因此加快旅游产业改革发展,提升旅游产业竞争力成为各级政府关注的重点。近年来,辽宁省旅游产业发展的规模不断扩大,已成为辽宁省经济增长的强劲动力,在扩大对外开放、带动相关产业发展方面都起到了积极推动作用。但随着现代化旅游的发展,辽宁省旅游产业竞争力与发达省份还存在差距。本文基于国内外学者对旅游产业竞争力影响因素、评价模型及相关理论的研究,分析辽宁省旅游产业的发展现状,构建旅游产业竞争力评价模型及包含40个指标的旅游产业竞争力评价指标体系,采用因子分析法评价分析全国31个省旅游产业竞争力,以找出辽宁省旅游产业竞争力与发达省份的差距,通过对评价结果的分析找出辽宁省旅游产业竞争力发展存在的问题,有针对性的提出提升辽宁省旅游产业竞争力的对策。
[Abstract]:With the high standard of living, China's tourism has gradually stepped into the age of mass consumption and become the main social and economic activities and lifestyle. Tourism industry has become one of the most dazzling industries because of its increasingly important position in the economic development of our country. Against the background of the new normal state of China's economy, China regards promoting the development of the tourism industry as a national strategy, planning and promoting the development of the tourism industry from the overall and strategic height, and taking the tourism industry as an important engine for stabilizing economic growth. Adjustment of the industrial structure of the important breakthrough and improve the livelihood of the important means. Therefore, speeding up the reform and development of the tourism industry and enhancing the competitiveness of the tourism industry have become the focus of attention of the governments at all levels. In recent years, the scale of Liaoning's tourism industry has been expanding, which has become a strong driving force for Liaoning's economic growth, and has played an active role in expanding the opening up to the outside world and promoting the development of related industries. However, with the development of modern tourism, there is still a gap between Liaoning tourism industry competitiveness and developed provinces. Based on the research of influencing factors, evaluation models and related theories of tourism industry competitiveness, this paper analyzes the present situation of tourism industry in Liaoning Province. This paper constructs the evaluation model of tourism industry competitiveness and the evaluation index system of tourism industry competitiveness including 40 indexes, and analyzes the tourism industry competitiveness of 31 provinces in China by factor analysis method. In order to find out the gap between Liaoning's tourism industry competitiveness and developed provinces, through the analysis of evaluation results to find out the problems of Liaoning's tourism industry competitiveness development, and put forward targeted countermeasures to enhance Liaoning's tourism industry competitiveness.
