雇主品牌与工作场所反生产行为关系实证研究

【摘要】:组织公民行为的对立面—反生产行为在企业中已普遍存在,且具有多样性、隐蔽性和破坏性等特征,愈发引起研究者和管理者的高度关注。本文基于在职员工的雇佣体验,以"行为认知"为主线,探索内外部结合视角的雇主品牌与员工反生产行为之间的关系。文章以北疆地区国有企业为例,通过对230份问卷处理分析,得出相关结论,以为雇主品牌对工作场所员工反生产行为具有显著负向影响,但其具体维度对反生产行为的作用有所不同。
[Abstract]:The opposite of organizational citizenship behavior-anti-production behavior has been widespread in enterprises, and has the characteristics of diversity, concealment and destruction, which has attracted more and more attention of researchers and managers. Based on the employment experience of in-service employees and taking "behavior cognition" as the main line, this paper explores the relationship between employer brand and employees' anti-production behavior from the perspective of internal and external integration. Taking the state-owned enterprises in northern Xinjiang as an example, through the analysis of 230 questionnaires, this paper draws the conclusion that the employer brand has a significant negative impact on the anti-production behavior of employees in the workplace, but its specific dimensions have different effects on the anti-production behavior.
