【摘要】：人力资源是企业的核心资源,新时期铁路运输企业应从世界铁路发展进程中发掘和吸取人才资源开发和利用的经验,坚持以人为本为导向,树立新型人力资源价值观,构建科学的人力资源管理体系,创新人才激励机制,建立科学的绩效考评机制。本文主要针对我们铁路运输企业人力资源管理的现状分析及其存在问题提出改进策略。
[Abstract]:Human resources are the core resources of enterprises. In the new period, railway transport enterprises should explore and absorb the experience of developing and utilizing human resources from the world railway development process, and adhere to the people-oriented orientation. Set up a new human resource values, build a scientific human resources management system, innovation talent incentive mechanism. Based on the analysis of the present situation of human resource management in our railway transportation enterprises and its existing problems, this paper puts forward some improvement strategies.
