滑冰项目在长春市小学体育课程中开展现状及对策研究

【摘要】:滑冰运动是吉林省的传统优势体育项目,在吉林省的竞技体育领域具有举足轻重的地位,为吉林省体育事业取得了许多冠军和无数荣誉。近些年,为推动吉林省滑冰运动的开展,提升竞技滑冰项目的竞争力,吉林省逐渐把学校体育作为竞技滑冰运动的后备人才培养基地,越来越多的学校开展了滑冰运动。特别是长春市的小学成为了滑冰运动发展的主力军、主阵地、主战场。后备人才的质量和延续性直接决定了滑冰运动项目的发展水平和发展规模。因此,更好的发展学校滑冰运动,特别是小学阶段的校园滑冰运动对于推动吉林省滑冰运动开展具有重要意义。因此,本文以长春市小学体育课程中滑冰项目的开展状况为研究对象,综合运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析等方法对长春市小学滑冰项目的开展状况进行了研究。研究结果认为;长春市小学中共有六所小学开展了滑冰课程,滑冰运动项目的开展比例为4.1%,滑冰运动的开展比例不高,有待加强。长春市开展滑冰课程的学校基本没有室内滑冰场馆为主,滑冰日常训练设施主要以学生自行购买、租赁社会性滑冰场馆器材为主,这并不利于滑冰运动的发展。同时,滑冰项目教学内容较为多样,可以满足滑冰运动发展需求。长春市小学生对滑冰运动喜爱程度较为分散,并没有形成持续的、积极的参与意识。小学生滑冰项目的参与频度主要集中在每周2次以下,参与频度不能够满足提升滑冰运动水平的要求。长春市小学滑冰任课教师具有竞技滑冰经历和滑冰专业的比例较低,半数以上滑冰任课教师不具有滑冰任课教师资格,滑冰任课教师的专业性亟待提升。校园滑冰运动文化氛围、滑冰运动条件、人力资源因素等因素直接影响滑冰项目的开展。建议加大重视和扶持力度,推动长春市小学滑冰项目普及和开展;营造校园滑冰运动氛围,培养学生的滑冰兴趣和参与意识;提高滑冰项目经费投入以及场地设施的开发、建设、利用力度;加大教师准入和继教力度,提升长春市小学滑冰教师专业化水平;以滑冰课程为抓手,全面推进长春市小学校园滑冰项目开展。
[Abstract]:Skating is the traditional advantage of Jilin Province sports events, in Jilin Province in the field of competitive sports has a pivotal position, for Jilin Province sports cause has won many championships and numerous honors in recent years. In order to promote the development of skating in Jilin Province and enhance the competitiveness of competitive skating, Jilin Province gradually regard school sports as the reserve talent training base of competitive skating. More and more schools have carried out skating, especially the primary school in Changchun has become the main force in the development of skating, the main position. The quality and continuity of reserve talents directly determine the development level and scale of skating events. Therefore, better development of school skating. Especially the primary school stage of the campus skating sports to promote the development of skating in Jilin Province has important significance. Therefore, this paper takes Changchun primary school physical education curriculum skating project as the research object. Comprehensive use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the Changchun primary school skating project carried out a study. There are six primary schools in Changchun to carry out skating courses. The proportion of skating events is 4.1 and the proportion of skating is not high. Need to be strengthened. Changchun City to carry out skating courses in the school basically has no indoor skating venues, skating daily training facilities mainly to students to buy, lease social skating facilities mainly. This is not conducive to the development of skating. At the same time, skating project teaching content is more diverse, can meet the needs of skating development. Changchun primary school students love skating sports more scattered. There is no sustained and active participation consciousness. The participation frequency of primary school skates is mainly below 2 times a week. The frequency of participation can not meet the requirements of improving the level of skating. Changchun primary school skating teachers with competitive skating experience and skating professional ratio is low. More than half of skating teachers do not have the qualification of skating teachers, skating teachers' professionalism needs to be improved. Campus skating sports culture atmosphere, skating sports conditions. Human resource factors and other factors directly affect the development of skating projects. It is suggested that more attention and support should be paid to promote the popularization and development of skating projects in primary schools in Changchun. Create campus skating atmosphere, cultivate students' interest and participation in skating; To increase the investment of skating project and the development, construction and utilization of the field facilities; Increasing teachers' access and continuing teaching, improving the professional level of skating teachers in primary schools in Changchun; With skating course as the grasp, promote Changchun Primary School Campus Skating Project in an all-round way.
