集群企业转型升级资源需求差异性分析

【摘要】：资源是集群企业转型升级的基础。从资源禀赋视角出发,研究了集群企业转型升级的资源结构,从类型和规模两个视角分析了集群企业转型升级资源需求的差异性。研究发现,集群企业转型升级所需资源由市场资源、技术资源、金融资源和人力资源构成;购买者驱动型产业集群企业对市场资源需求明显高于生产者驱动型产业集群企业,生产者驱动型产业集群企业技术资源需求明显高于购买者驱动型产业集群;不同规模集群企业资源需求呈现"倒U"现象,中型企业资源需求明显高于小型企业和大型企业。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of resource endowment, this paper studies the resource structure of the transformation and upgrading of cluster enterprises, and analyzes the difference of resource demand in transformation and upgrading of cluster enterprises from two angles of type and scale. The resources needed for the transformation and upgrading of cluster enterprises are composed of market resources, technical resources, financial resources and human resources. The demand for market resources of purchasers driven industrial cluster enterprises is obviously higher than that of producer-driven industrial cluster enterprises. The demand for technical resources of producer-driven industrial clusters is obviously higher than that of purchasers driven industrial clusters, and the resource demand of enterprises of different scale clusters is "inverted U", and the resource demand of medium-sized enterprises is obviously higher than that of small enterprises and large enterprises.
