【摘要】:随着社会的进步,经济的发展,人力资源作为现代企业的战略性资源,对企业的兴衰成败起着重要的作用。而激励作为开发和管理人力资源的一个重要方法,已被越来越多的企业所采用。高层管理者在公司中具有中流砥柱的作用和非常重要的地位。高层管理者的职业道德、胜任能力和积极性、协作性决定了其工作的效率和效果,影响到企业的生存和命运。本文就嘉禾公司高层管理者激励存在的问题进行了分析,并提出加强嘉禾公司高层管理者激励的措施。
