【摘要】:就业问题是经济社会发展中的一个核心问题,备受社会关注。解决我国长期以来劳动就业市场的供求结构性矛盾,需要多方努力,更得假以时日。为了顺利实现就业的目标,必须加快转变经济发展方式,使发展主要依靠科技进步、劳动者素质提高、管理创新转变。要着力推动就业方式转变,加强人力资源开发,大力推行职业培训和创业培训,通过全面提升劳动者职业素质和就业能力,扩大就业,提高就业质量。
[Abstract]:Employment is a core issue in the economic and social development, which is of great concern to the society. To solve the structural contradiction between supply and demand in China's labor market for a long time, it is necessary to make every effort to achieve the goal of employment over time. We must speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development so that development mainly depends on the progress of science and technology, the improvement of the quality of workers, and the transformation of management innovation. Efforts should be made to promote the transformation of the mode of employment, strengthen the development of human resources, and vigorously promote vocational training and entrepreneurial training. By comprehensively improving the quality and ability of employment, expanding employment and improving the quality of employment.
