人才不宜过多流向金融领域

【摘要】：正与几个朋友聊天,谈到一些顶尖大学理工类博士生希望改行做金融。类似的情况近几年不时遇到。市场经济条件下,个人选择是自主的,无可厚非,但还是为这些人舍弃多年辛苦奋斗的专业选择金融而感慨。当前,金融行业成为高校毕业生和海外归国人员就业的重要选择。《中国海归发展报告(2013)》国际人才蓝皮书显示,有48.5%的海归进入金融及相关服务业工作,几乎占海归就业选择的半壁江山,而其他各行业对海归就业的吸纳均未超过10%。
[Abstract]:I am talking to several friends and talking about the fact that some of the top doctoral students in science and technology hope to switch to finance. Similar situations have been encountered from time to time in recent years. Under market economy conditions, individual choices are autonomous, and there is no reason to blame. At present, the financial industry has become an important choice for college graduates and returnees from overseas. The Blue Book of International talents shows that the financial industry has become an important choice for the employment of graduates and returnees from overseas, according to the Blue Book of International Professionals. 48.5% of the returnees entered the financial and related services sector, accounting for almost half of the employment options for overseas returnees, while other industries did not absorb more than 10 percent of the employment of overseas returnees.
