中印城市规模、城市化时空变迁及其动力机制的对比研究

【摘要】：作为世界上人口规模最大的两个发展中国家,又同时处在城市化的进程中,中印的城市化必将对世界城市化、经济发展、人口发展都有巨大而深远的影响。考察两者的异同有助于对这一重大进程中的一些机制的了解。本文研究发现:中印在城市规模上存在巨大差异,中国的城市规模结构呈纺锤型,而印度的城市规模呈金字塔型结构;中印在城市空间结构都存在一定的梯度特征,沿海地区相对于内陆地区城市化水平更高;人力资本在两国的城市化中均有至关重要的作用;笔者认为产业发展不能脱离本国的人力资源状况,更不能依附于其它国家;政策上应鼓励人口的自由流动,并做好配套措施,减少限制人口流动带来的效率损失。
[Abstract]:As the two developing countries with the largest population in the world, and at the same time in the process of urbanization, the urbanization of China and India will certainly contribute to the urbanization and economic development of the world. Population development has a huge and far-reaching impact. Examining the similarities and differences between the two is helpful in understanding some mechanisms in this important process. This paper finds that there are great differences in the size of cities between China and India. The urban scale structure of China is spindle-shaped, while that of India is pyramidal, the urban spatial structure of China and India has some gradient characteristics, and the urbanization level of coastal areas is higher than that of inland areas. Human capital plays an important role in the urbanization of both countries. The author thinks that the industrial development can not be divorced from the human resource situation of our country, let alone be attached to other countries, the policy should encourage the free movement of the population, and do a good job of supporting measures. Reduce the loss of efficiency caused by limiting population mobility.
