家政服务业人力资源供给链构建与分析

【摘要】：家政服务业由于其产业特性,供应链具备复杂性和融合性。通过对京津冀多家企业的访谈,构建了由人力资源供应—获取—发展—配置及反馈五大环节组成的家政服务业人力资源供给链,分析学校、企业、雇主、政府机构及行业协会五个节点在供应链上的定位,以及职能行使的不足。从构建科学的供给系统、完善企业供给主体的管理、推进政府—协会关系变革三个方面提出提高家政服务业人力资源供给质量的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Because of its industrial characteristics, domestic service industry has the complexity and integration of supply chain. Through the interviews with many enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this paper constructs the human resource supply chain of domestic service industry, which is composed of human resource supply, acquisition-development-configuration and feedback, and analyzes schools, enterprises, employers, etc. Government agencies and industry associations in the five nodes in the supply chain positioning, as well as the lack of function. From three aspects of constructing scientific supply system, perfecting the management of enterprise supply main body and pushing forward the reform of government-association relationship, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supply quality of human resources in domestic service industry.
