吉林省力拓电子有限公司经营战略研究

【摘要】:随着近年来科学技术的迅猛发展,弱电工程逐渐实现普及,越来越多的企业和个人将智能化弱电应用到办公场所和居所中,这使得弱电工程企业面临着难得的发展机遇。但是,随着国内智能弱电行业的高速发展,企业间的竞争越发激烈,一些该行业企业逐渐出现了业务量减少以及利润率下降等问题。吉林省力拓电子有限公司成立于2008年,是一家位于吉林省长春市的从事建筑智能化弱电工程专业承包的小型企业,同时,该企业经营范围还包括电子产品、通讯设备的生产销售、综合布线、有线电视线路维护、网络和电话维护等信息技术服务等。随着弱电智能行业的发展,吉林省力拓电子有限公司的营业收入得到稳步提高,从2011年的180万元逐步提升至2015年的650万元。但是,吉林省力拓电子有限公司却始终没有实现净利润的大幅上升,2015年净利润只有9万元左右。该企业要寻求在未来的经营中取得新的突破,必须在企业的经营管理上做出变化,这就需要企业战略管理理论作为指导。本文旨在通过运用战略管理理论知识,以吉林省力拓电子有限公司为对象,研究该企业当前的内部、外部环境,从该企业经营战略的备选方案中进行分析与选择,为该企业制定出有参考价值的经营战略。首先,本文从研究背景和研究意义入手,先后对研究目的和研究内容进行简要概括,同时介绍本文所采用的研究方法,通过参考文献对国内外研究现状的进行论述;其次,对本文研究所需要的战略管理理论进行总结,特别是对战略管理理论发展至今的一些经典分析工具进行简要介绍;其三,以吉林省力拓电子有限公司为分析对象,通过文献查阅以及实地调查等方式对企业所处的宏观环境、行业环境和市场环境进行分析;通过实地与员工进行访谈等方式,对吉林省力拓电子有限公司的基本状况、实际经营运作的流程以及其组织结构和人力资源状况等方面进行深入了解;其四,采用SWOT分析法重新厘清企业的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,并通过组合战略为企业战略选择提供依据,从成本领先战略、差异化战略以及目标集聚战略等三个备选方案中为该企业选择合适经营战略——差异化战略;最后,将吉林省力拓电子有限公司经营战略的实施方法概括为发挥自身资源优势、开发新产品、创新技术手段以及构建稳定的合作关系,并从加大对战略管理的重视程度,改变营销模式和科学运用人力资源管理等三个方面为战略提供保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology in recent years, the weak electricity project is gradually popularized. More and more enterprises and individuals apply the intelligent weak electricity to the office and residence, which makes the weak electricity engineering enterprises face a rare opportunity for development. However, with the rapid development of the domestic intelligent weak electricity industry, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Some enterprises in the industry have gradually reduced business volume and decline in profit margins. Jilin Rio Tinto Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008, is a small enterprise engaged in building intelligent weak electricity engineering in Changchun, Jilin province. Meanwhile, the business scope also includes electronic products and communication equipment. Production and sales, comprehensive wiring, cable TV line maintenance, network and telephone maintenance and other information technology services. With the development of the weak power industry, the operating income of Rio Tinto Electronics Co., Ltd. of Jilin province has been steadily improved from 1 million 800 thousand yuan in 2011 to 6 million 500 thousand yuan in 2015. However, Jilin Rio Tinto Electronics Co., Ltd. The net profit has not been achieved substantially at the end of the year, and the net profit in 2015 is only about 90 thousand yuan. The enterprise should seek to make a new breakthrough in the future operation and make a change in the management of the enterprise. This requires the strategic management theory of the enterprise as a guide. This article aims to use the knowledge of strategic management to save electricity from Jilin. As an object, we study the internal and external environment of the enterprise, analyze and choose from the strategy of the enterprise, and make a business strategy which has a reference value for the enterprise. First, this paper briefly summarizes the research purpose and research content from the research background and research significance, and introduces the research objectives and research content successively. The research methods adopted in this paper are discussed through references to the research status at home and abroad. Secondly, the paper summarizes the strategic management theory needed in this study, especially some classic analysis tools of strategic management theory, and the third, the analysis of Jilin Rio Tinto Electronics Co., Ltd. Object, through literature review and field investigation, the macro environment, industry environment and market environment are analyzed. Through interviews with employees, the basic situation of Rio Tinto electronic limited company in Jilin Province, the process of actual operation and operation, and its organizational structure and human resources status are introduced. Fourthly, the SWOT analysis method is used to re clarify the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the enterprise, and provide the basis for the strategic choice of the enterprise through the combined strategy, and choose the appropriate management strategy for the enterprise from the three alternatives, such as the cost leading strategy, the differentiation strategy and the target gathering strategy, and finally, The implementation method of the operation strategy of Rio Tinto Electronics Co., Ltd. in Jilin is summarized as the advantages of its own resources, the development of new products, the innovation of technical means and the construction of a stable cooperative relationship, and the protection measures from three aspects, such as increasing the importance of the strategic management, changing the marketing mode and applying the human resources management scientifically.
