厦门农商银行网点精细化管理提升研究

【摘要】:近几年,我国国民经济持续增长,政府对银行金融业务的改革不断增强,组织模式创新、产品和服务水平都在不断的提升和进步。为进一步扩大银行网点的渠道作用,国内多数银行已经率先开展了网点精细化管理的提升工作。运用精细化管理理论,结合具体银行案例,分析其网点运营管理的现状及存在的问题,通过深入研究网点发展趋势、需求和瓶颈,提出网点精细化管理提升方案,有助于促进银行网点的经营管理改革,提升网点的核心竞争力,同时,对未来银行网点经营管理模式改革和提高产品服务质量具有一定的参考价值。本篇文章研究的内容:首先,阐述商业银行精细化管理的研究背景和意义,分析其国内外发展现状,并提出论文的研究思路和方法;在此基础上论述了银行网点精细化管理定义和特点,同时对精细化管理详细理论研究进行了论述。接着,本文着重对厦门农商银行基层营业网点进行精细化管理分析,分析网点的优势和存在的不足,根据目前厦门农商银行精细化管理提出提升的总体思路和改进方案,并详细分析了具体措施实施;然后,为充分发挥厦门农商银行精细化管理提升方案提供相应的保障措施;最后,本文结论和展望。本论文的研究对银行网点的精细化管理不仅具有理论上的意义,而且对银行网点的实际经营管理具有更大的借鉴意义。本文的主要研究成果:对厦门农商银行网点精细化管理提升给出了细致的解决方案,如制定精细化指导原则、精细化管理网点布局、优化配置网点内部岗位、强化网点人力资源配置、优化科学合理的绩效考核、加强网点客户关系精细化、加强网点操作风险防范等提出具体的提升方案,这些精细化管理提升方案具备针对性和实效性,能够进一步提高厦门农商银行网点的经营管理水平。通过精细化管理厦门农商银行网点业务收入将不断提高,客户量将持续增加,中间业务发展迅速,关键业绩指标排在同业银行前列。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the national economy of our country has continued to grow, the government's reform of banking and financial services has been strengthened, the organizational model has been innovated, and the level of products and services has been continuously promoted and improved. In order to further expand the role of bank outlets, most domestic banks have taken the lead in improving the management of network refinement. By using the theory of fine management, combined with specific bank cases, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of network operation and management, and puts forward a scheme to improve the fine management of network by deeply studying the development trend, demand and bottleneck of the network. It is helpful to promote the reform of bank network management and enhance the core competitiveness of bank network. At the same time, it has certain reference value to the future bank network management mode reform and to improve the quality of products and services. The content of this paper: firstly, the research background and significance of commercial bank fine management are expounded, the development situation of commercial bank at home and abroad is analyzed, and the research ideas and methods are put forward. On the basis of this, the definition and characteristics of bank network fine management are discussed, and the detailed theory research of fine management is also discussed. Then, this paper focuses on the detailed management analysis of the basic business network of Xiamen Agricultural and Mercantile Bank, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the network, and puts forward the general idea and improvement plan of the improvement according to the fine management of Xiamen Agricultural and Commercial Bank at present. And detailed analysis of the implementation of specific measures; then, to give full play to the Xiamen Agricultural and Commercial Bank to provide appropriate protection measures to improve the fine management; finally, this paper concludes and prospects. The research of this paper is not only of theoretical significance to the fine management of bank outlets, but also of greater reference significance to the actual management of bank outlets. The main research results of this paper are as follows: the detailed solutions to the fine management of Xiamen Agricultural and Commercial Bank are given, such as the formulation of fine guiding principles, the refinement of the layout of the management network, the optimization of the allocation of posts inside the network, Strengthen the network human resources allocation, optimize the scientific and reasonable performance appraisal, strengthen the network customer relationship refinement, strengthen the network operation risk prevention and so on the concrete promotion plan, these fine management promotion plan has the pertinence and the actual effect, Can further improve the management level of Xiamen Agricultural Commercial Bank network. Through careful management of Xiamen Agricultural and Commercial Bank, the business revenue will continue to increase, the number of customers will continue to increase, the intermediate business will develop rapidly, and the key performance indicators will rank first among the interbank banks.
