虚拟企业研究回顾与展望

【摘要】：虚拟企业已经成为技术创新联盟的典型模式。在对1999~2013年期间相关文献进行整理、总结的基础上,首先对虚拟企业研究成果进行文献统计,然后就虚拟企业产生的驱动力与生存模式、在利益分配和合作伙伴选择上的机制和知识、风险、人力资源、战略上的管理的有关文献进行回顾,意图对当前虚拟企业研究有一个全面的回顾,最后就未来的研究趋势进行展望。
[Abstract]:Virtual enterprise has become a typical model of technological innovation alliance. On the basis of summarizing the relevant documents from 1999 to 2013, this paper firstly makes literature statistics on the research results of virtual enterprises, and then analyzes the driving force and survival mode of virtual enterprises. Review of relevant literature on benefit allocation and partner selection, including mechanisms and knowledge, risks, human resources, and strategic management, with the intention of having a comprehensive review of the current virtual enterprise research. Finally, the future trend of research is prospected.
