知识型企业管理者的领导能力分析

【摘要】：正在知识经济时代,知识是最具价值的资源,知识活动、知识型员工、知识资本等词语活跃于学术界和企业界。知识型企业管理者对知识活动、知识员工以及知识型企业都具有重要意义。本文在分析知识型企业管理特征的基础上,对知识型企业管理者领导能力的作用机制及影响因素展开研究,以期对知识型企业的发展有所帮助。一、知识型企业管理的特征知识型企业与传统企业有着很大的不同,这种不同直接导致企业管理存在很大的差异。笔者就组织
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the most valuable resource, knowledge activities, knowledge workers, knowledge capital and other words are active in academia and business circles. Knowledge-based enterprise managers are of great significance to knowledge activities, knowledge employees and knowledge-based enterprises. Based on the analysis of the management characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises, this paper studies the mechanism and influencing factors of the leadership ability of managers in knowledge-based enterprises, in order to help the development of knowledge-based enterprises.
