关于农民工补偿性教育的思考

【摘要】：农民工素质,已经成为制约农民工就业的瓶颈,影响着我国产业结构调整和转型升级以及城市化进程的加快。因此,从目前农民工补偿性教育活动中存在的问题看,只有政府承担起农民工补偿性教育的主导责任,企业承担起补偿性教育的社会责任,农民工自己增强自我投资意识,才能做好补偿性教育工作,提高农民工的素质,保护农民工切身利益,促进社会稳定、和谐、健康发展。
[Abstract]:The quality of migrant workers has become a bottleneck restricting the employment of migrant workers, affecting the adjustment of industrial structure, transformation and upgrading, as well as the acceleration of the urbanization process. Therefore, from the point of view of the problems existing in the compensatory education activities of migrant workers at present, only the government assumes the leading responsibility of compensatory education for migrant workers, the enterprises assume the social responsibility of compensatory education, and the migrant workers themselves enhance their self-investment consciousness. Only by doing compensatory education can we improve the quality of migrant workers, protect their vital interests, and promote social stability, harmony and healthy development.
