基于知识创新的企业人力资源管理模式分析

【摘要】:随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,市场经济空前繁荣,各中小企业如雨后春笋般纷纷涌现,市场竞争随之增大,企业为进一步提高竞争实力,纷纷加快人才培养,不断健全人力资源管理,对人力资源管理模式进行优化创新,实现人员的优化配置与应用,提升企业整体人力资源优势。基于此,分析知识创新企业人力资源管理模式的作用,并提出几点人力资源管理模式构建方法,以实现企业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the level of economic development in our country and the unprecedented prosperity of the market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, and the market competition has increased. In order to further improve the competitive strength, enterprises have accelerated the training of talents. We should constantly improve human resource management, optimize and innovate the human resource management mode, realize the optimal allocation and application of personnel, and enhance the overall human resources advantages of the enterprise. Based on this, this paper analyzes the function of human resource management mode of knowledge innovation enterprise, and puts forward some construction methods of human resource management mode in order to realize the sustainable development of enterprise.
