教育中介机构托管农村薄弱学校的实践与思考——以上海成功教育管理咨询中心委托办学为例

【摘要】：成功教育的委托办学,作为教育中介机构托管薄弱学校的先行者,旨在针对被托管学校理念落后、管理与教学粗放的现实困境,引入成功教育的"三个相信"的理念,借助成功教育优质人力资源与特色技术资源,将优秀校长的管理经验转化为被托管学校的管理实践,将优秀教师的教学经验转化为学校教师的教学行为,实现成功教育理念与教育模式的本土化,培育学校自主造血的功能与机制,达成从外力助推到内生驱动的转变,最终帮助学校走上规范发展之路,并为持续自主发展奠定坚实基础。
[Abstract]:The entrustment of successful education, as the forerunner of weak schools managed by educational intermediary institutions, aims to introduce the concept of "three beliefs" of successful education in view of the realistic predicament of backward concept and extensive management and teaching of managed schools, and to transform the management experience of excellent principals into the management practice of managed schools with the help of successful education of high quality human resources and characteristic technical resources. To transform the teaching experience of excellent teachers into the teaching behavior of school teachers, to realize the localization of successful educational ideas and educational models, to cultivate the function and mechanism of independent hematopoiesis in schools, to achieve the transformation from external force to endophytic drive, and finally to help schools to embark on the road of standardized development, and to lay a solid foundation for sustainable and independent development.
