【摘要】:作为制造业的代表行业,家电产业经过30多年的发展已成为竞争最为充分的行业之一。相比房地产业、乳品业等诸多产业所面临的产能持续下降、品牌竞争力不足及遭遇信任危机等尴尬局面,我国家电产业以其物美价廉的产品、快捷优质的服务及良好的品牌影响力赢得了消费者的青睐。家电企业根据竞争局势的发展积极调整企业战略、优化产业结构、建立良性竞争氛围,家电产业竞争力得到了显著提高。 本文以家电产业为研究对象,运用理论与实际案例相结合的分析方法,在研究产业发展与竞争优势相关理论的基础上,分析竞争对我国家电产业发展所产生的影响;借助波特钻石模型对家电产业现有竞争优势进行解读,并运用行业重点企业的实例作为竞争影响产业发展的佐证,从而得出竞争如何从多个方面推动家电产业竞争优势的形成;最后指出家电产业竞争优势对其他产业的启示。 通过研究笔者认为,家电产业的优势是在几十年的竞争中逐步确立的。竞争使企业的投资相对稳定更利于企业产能的提高;竞争过程中的优胜劣汰推动了产业规模化的形成及产业结构的优化;竞争促使企业不断将技术转化为生产力并加快技术创新扩散的步伐;竞争过程中企业内外部环境的变化加剧了企业组织与制度的创新。家电产业走出的这一条引人瞩目的成功道路源于其长期以来的产业发展始终依靠市场竞争而非受政策左右。与家电产业享有同样低廉劳动力、庞大的市场基础的其他产业没有如家电产业一样获得而今的发展也归因于整个产业有效竞争的缺乏。借鉴家电产业竞争优势形成的原因,其他产业可以通过营造良性竞争环境催化产业的蓬勃发展,利用充分的竞争创造物美价廉的产品吸引消费者,还可以通过提升品牌国际化竞争力迎接国内外市场的挑战。
[Abstract]:As the representative industry of manufacturing industry, after more than 30 years of development, home appliance industry has become one of the most competitive industries. Compared with the real estate industry, dairy industry and many other industries are facing a continuous decline in production capacity. The lack of brand competitiveness and the embarrassing situation of being confronted with a crisis of trust, the household electrical appliances industry in our country, with its excellent and inexpensive products, Fast and high quality service and good brand influence have won the favor of consumers. According to the development of competition situation, home appliance enterprises actively adjust their strategy, optimize their industrial structure, and establish a healthy competitive atmosphere. The competitiveness of the household appliances industry has been significantly improved. This paper takes the household appliance industry as the research object, and analyzes the influence of competition on the development of China's home appliance industry on the basis of the research on the theory of industry development and competitive advantage, using the analysis method of combining theory with practical cases. With the help of Porter diamond model, this paper interprets the current competitive advantage of the home appliance industry, and uses the examples of the key enterprises in the industry as the evidence to prove that the competition affects the development of the industry, so as to find out how the competition promotes the formation of the competitive advantage of the home appliance industry from many aspects. Finally, it points out the inspiration of the competitive advantage of home appliance industry to other industries. The author thinks that the advantage of home appliance industry is gradually established in the competition of several decades. In the process of competition, the survival of the fittest promotes the formation of the industrial scale and the optimization of the industrial structure, and the competition urges the enterprises to transform the technology into productive forces and speed up the pace of technological innovation diffusion. In the process of competition, the change of the internal and external environment of the enterprise intensifies the innovation of the organization and system of the enterprise. The remarkable success of the household appliance industry stems from the fact that the development of the appliance industry has always depended on the market competition instead of on the market for a long time. Subject to policy. As cheap as the home appliance industry, The lack of effective competition in the entire industry is also attributed to the fact that other industries with a huge market base have not achieved the same development as the home appliance industry. The reasons for the formation of the competitive advantage of the home appliance industry, Other industries can promote the vigorous development of the industry by creating a healthy competitive environment, and make full use of competition to create high-quality and inexpensive products to attract consumers, and can also meet the challenges of domestic and foreign markets by enhancing the international competitiveness of brands.
