煤炭市场倒逼机制下我国能源结构走势的研究

【摘要】：2013年国家《能源发展"十二五"规划》提出,到2015年,"煤炭消费比重降低到65%左右"。针对规划提出的目标,本文预测了煤炭市场倒逼机制下我国能源消费总量及结构在2014年和2015年的情况。本文研究发现,即使按保守的估计,2014年和2015年我国原煤消费量占一次能源消费量的比重也将下降到65%以下。为促进煤炭行业适应这一变化,本文提出了相关对策建议。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the state's 12th Five-Year Plan for Energy Development proposed that by 2015, the proportion of coal consumption should be reduced to about 65 percent. Aiming at the target of the plan, this paper forecasts the total energy consumption and its structure in 2014 and 2015 under the backward mechanism of coal market. This paper finds that the proportion of raw coal consumption in primary energy consumption in 2014 and 2015 will decrease to less than 65% even according to conservative estimate. In order to promote the coal industry to adapt to this change, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
