【摘要】：吸收发达国家和地区的先进审计理念,增强审计能力,对于进一步规范区域财政经济秩序有着重要的意义。近年来,上海市静安区审计局结合区位优势和自身发展特点,着力构建"造就专家型审计队伍,建立现代化管理体系,全面开展绩效审计,运用先进审计技术"的静安特色现代审计模式。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to absorb the advanced audit ideas of developed countries and regions and strengthen the audit ability to further standardize the regional financial and economic order. In recent years, the Audit Bureau of Jing'an District of Shanghai has made great efforts to build up an expert audit team, set up a modern management system and carry out the performance audit in an all-round way, taking into account its location advantages and its own development characteristics. The modern auditing mode with Jing'an characteristic by using advanced auditing technology.
