广电互联网宽带出口供应商的核心竞争力研究

【摘要】:2013年8月份,国务院连续发布《国务院关于促进信息消费扩大内需的若干意见》及《"宽带中国"战略及实施方案》等文件,显示我们已进入三网融合的全面提速阶段,2014-2015年为推广普及阶段,并明确提出了"宽带中国"发展目标与发展时间表。电信运营商已经率先取得《信息网络传播视听节目许可证》,并借助IPTV业务实质性进入了广电市场,并通过近些年的发展,做得有声有色,有取代传统电视的趋势。对于广电运营商来说,在局部地区开展了宽带接入业务,由于没有互联网出口、技术力量匮乏已成为广电宽带发展的瓶颈;导致难以大规模发展用户,没有营业利润,只能依靠原有的电视业务协助支撑发展。在上述背景下,B企业通过对广电运营商宽带业务现状的分析,利用其核心竞争力打造的"云宽带"产品,正好满足广电运营商的需求;通过开展宽带业务的试运营测试,解决广电宽带存在的互联网内容的问题,与广电运营商(北京歌华有线)签订了合作协议。本论文的第一章介绍广电运营商宽带业务所处的环境,以及论文的创新点和论文的结构。第二章介绍广电运营商互联网宽带出口市场的现状,以及广电宽带存在的问题。第三章介绍核心竞争力的内容与构建方式,理论并联系B企业的实际,分析广电宽带窘境的原因,与电信运营商宽带业务的比较,以及B企业的核心竞争力在此市场中的SWOT分析。第四章介绍广电宽带出口供应商的案例结果,通过技术交流以及测试获取广电运营商的充分的信任,然后采取最低总成本和差异化的策略,与客户签订合作协议。第五章是结论与展望。作者希望通过案例中对B企业核心竞争力的分析,对广电运营商宽带业务的蓬勃发展提供一些可借鉴的思路。
[Abstract]:In August 2013, the State Council issued documents such as "opinions of the State Council on promoting Information consumption and expanding domestic demand" and "Broadband China" Strategy and implementation Plan, etc. This shows that we have entered the full acceleration phase of triple access and that 2014-2015 is the promotion phase. And clearly put forward the development goal and timetable of "Broadband China". Telecom operators have taken the lead in obtaining the license of Information Network Communication Audio-Visual programs, and have actually entered the radio and television market with the help of IPTV services, and through the development of recent years, For radio and television operators, broadband access services have been carried out in local areas, because there is no Internet export, the lack of technical power has become the bottleneck of the development of radio and television broadband; As a result, it is difficult to develop customers on a large scale, and there is no operating profit, so we can only rely on the original television services to support development. Under the above background, enterprise B has analyzed the current situation of broadband services of radio and television operators. The "cloud broadband" product, which is based on its core competitiveness, meets the needs of radio and television operators, and solves the problem of Internet content existing in radio and television broadband through the trial operation and testing of broadband services. A cooperation agreement has been signed with the radio and television operators (Beijing Gaohua Cable). The first chapter of this paper introduces the environment in which the broadband services of radio and television operators are located. The second chapter introduces the current situation of Internet broadband export market of radio and television operators, as well as the problems existing in radio and television broadband. Chapter 3 introduces the content and construction of core competitiveness. Theory and the reality of enterprise B, analysis of the reasons for the plight of radio and television broadband, and telecommunications operators compared with broadband services, And the SWOT analysis of the core competence of B enterprises in this market. Chapter four introduces the case results of radio and television broadband export suppliers, and obtains the full trust of radio and television operators through technology exchange and testing. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. The author hopes to analyze the core competitiveness of enterprise B through the case study. To broadcast and television operators to provide some reference ideas for the vigorous development of broadband services.
