通信运营企业仓储管理优化策略研究

【摘要】：随着电信体制改革的不断深入以及电信市场的进一步解放,以电信运营商为代表的基础电信企业越来越多,电信市场的竞争日益加剧,迫使电信运营商更为关注成本与效益的投入产出比,提出了在企业内部强化精确管理优化资源配置,合理组织并有效管控企业的物流、资金流、信息流的具体要求。面对低利时代的逐渐来临,A省某通信公司发现低成本运营对于企业越来越重要.在此背景下,关注企业第三利润源——仓储物资,减少库存沉淀资金,降低企业成本,增强核心竞争力,提高公司的物流意识和成本意识是A省某公司面临的主要问题。本文通过提出A省某公司仓储管理中存在的问题,分析产生问题的原因,并提出切合实际的解决办法,对A省某公司仓储管理进行了系统性的优化。本文中提出的优化策略包括ABC库存管理法在通信运营企业中的应用,建立库存预警体系和管理制度完善等。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of telecommunication system reform and the further liberation of telecommunication market, there are more and more basic telecom enterprises represented by telecom operators, and the competition in telecommunication market is becoming more and more serious. This paper forces telecom operators to pay more attention to the input-output ratio of cost and benefit, and puts forward the specific requirements of strengthening accurate management and optimizing resource allocation, reasonably organizing and effectively controlling the logistics, capital flow and information flow of enterprises. In the face of the coming of low profit era, a communication company in A province finds that low cost operation is becoming more and more important for enterprises. In this context, we should pay attention to the third profit source of enterprises-warehousing materials, reduce the amount of funds deposited in stock, and reduce the cost of enterprises. Strengthening the core competence and improving the logistics consciousness and cost consciousness of a company are the main problems faced by a company in A province. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems by putting forward the problems existing in the warehouse management of a company in A province. A practical solution is put forward to optimize the warehouse management of a company in A province systematically. The optimization strategy proposed in this paper includes the application of ABC inventory management method in communication operation enterprises. Establish stock warning system and management system perfect.
