从信息文明看中国创新发展理念践行路径

【摘要】：创新发展理念的践行,关乎中华民族在信息文明时代的命运。从信息文明的高度看中国创新发展理念的践行,应当是把握其现实路径的更高层次整体观照。中国应当在信息文明的引领中崛起,而信息文明的引领必须在全社会践行创新发展理念。中国践行创新发展理念不仅要明确根本路径,而且要落实文化革新和体制改革两条重要路径。信息文明时代中国的创新发展理念践行,应当以在全社会解放创造力为根本路径;以创客文化建设为文化革新路径的突破口;以社会健全发育为体制改革路径的基础。
[Abstract]:The practice of the idea of innovation and development is related to the fate of the Chinese nation in the age of information civilization. It should be a higher level of holistic reflection of its realistic path. China should rise in the direction of information civilization. The guidance of information civilization must practice the idea of innovation and development in the whole society. In addition, to carry out the two important paths of cultural innovation and system reform, to carry out the idea of innovation and development in China in the age of information civilization, we should take the emancipation of creativity in the whole society as the fundamental path, the construction of the culture of creation as the breakthrough point of the path of cultural innovation. To the sound development of society as the basis of the path of institutional reform.
