【摘要】：正在支部班子工作中常常存在这样一种现象:有些副职对正职作出的决议或工作安排不论正确与否,不假思索,一律照办。或者明知正职有的决策不切合实际却不提意见,听之任之,甚至对正职的错误乃至违法行为,也一味迁就。副职成了名副其实的"附职"。副职成为"附职"的原因很多,但主要还是封建残余的人身依附意识作怪。有些支部班子正职家长制作风严重,搞"一言堂",什么事都要自己说了算,副职只有"干活"、"跑腿"的份,没有监督、制约的权力。少数副职本身政治素质较低,
[Abstract]:There is often a phenomenon in the work of the branch team that some deputies make resolutions or work arrangements for the main post, regardless of whether they are correct or not. Or know that some decisions are not practical, but do not give advice, let them, or even to the official position of the wrong or even illegal behavior. Deputy posts have become "auxiliary posts". Deputy posts have become "attached posts" for many reasons, but mainly because of the vestiges of feudal personal attachment consciousness. Some branch groups have a serious style of work in the patriarchal and patriarchal system. To make "arbitrariness", we must make our own decisions on everything. Deputy posts have only "work", "errands", no supervision and no power of restraint. A small number of deputy posts are of relatively low political quality.
