中国道德领导的结构与测量初探

【摘要】：在现有理论的基础上,对道德领导在中国情境下具有的内涵进行了深层次的探讨,并在反复检验和修订的基础上发展了中国道德领导的测量工具。研究表明:中国道德领导是一个三因素结构,包括道德品质、尊重与包容、道德奖惩3个维度;基于中国道德领导的内涵编制了中国道德领导问卷(CELQ),数据结果显示该问卷的各项指标都达到了心理测量学的要求,具有较高的可靠性和有效性,项目设计科学合理。
[Abstract]:On the basis of existing theories, this paper probes deeply into the connotation of moral leadership in Chinese context, and develops a measuring tool for Chinese moral leadership on the basis of repeated tests and revisions. Based on the connotation of China's moral leadership, the Chinese Moral Leadership Questionnaire (CELQ) was compiled. The results show that all the indicators of the questionnaire meet the requirements of psychometrics, and the project design is scientific and reasonable.
