【摘要】：正秘书长这个岗位很特殊,正所谓"上级、下级、同一级,级级来找;大事、小事、麻烦事,事事缠身";这个岗位很重要,称呼秘书长为"参谋长"、"总调度"、"执行官"、"大管家"都较为合适;这个岗位责任重,对上对下全面负责,对内对外全面协调,大事小事全面涉及。
