生鲜农产品冷链物流车辆配送路径优化研究

【摘要】：生鲜农产品具有易腐的特殊性,因此在配送过程中对时间、环境等要求苛刻,加之现代社会的人们越来越关注产品的品质、对产品的新鲜程度要求越来越高,冷链物流配送越来越受到重视。合理安排冷链物流配送路径,不仅可以降低生鲜产品的配送时间、节约配送里程,而且可以降低配送过程中的货损及能耗损失,节约配送成本,最重要的是可以保证生鲜农产品的质量,增加客户对配送服务的好感度和满意度。本文首先分析了国内外冷链物流及路径优化的研究现状及其研究中存在的不足之处,论述了冷链物流及车辆路径问题的相关理论;其次,在充分考虑生鲜农产品的易腐特性以及配送过程中所需要的条件,对配送成本进行了详细的分析,本文考虑的配送成本有固定成本、运输成本、货损成本、惩罚成本和能源成本五个部分。通过合理假设,建立了以配送总成本最小为目标函数的冷链物流车辆配送路径优化模型。再次,本文选取蚁群算法对模型进行求解,在设计算法模型时,对蚁群算法进行了改进,将配送成本和转移概率联系起来,并且引入轮盘赌选择策略和最大最小蚁群算法来实现模型的求解。最后,运用实例分析,采用MATLAB软件编写算法程序,结果验证了本文设计的模型的合理性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Fresh agricultural products have the particularity of perishable, so in the process of distribution of time, environment and other harsh requirements, coupled with the modern society people pay more and more attention to the quality of products, the freshness of products is becoming more and more demanding. Cold chain logistics distribution is paid more and more attention. Reasonable arrangement of cold chain logistics distribution path can not only reduce the distribution time of fresh products, save distribution mileage, but also reduce the loss of goods and energy consumption in the process of distribution, and save the cost of distribution. The most important thing is to ensure the quality of fresh agricultural products and increase the customer's good sensitivity and satisfaction to distribution service. This paper first analyzes the current situation of research on cold chain logistics and route optimization at home and abroad and the deficiencies in the research, and discusses the relevant theories of cold chain logistics and vehicle routing problems. In consideration of the perishable characteristics of fresh agricultural products and the conditions needed in the distribution process, the cost of distribution is analyzed in detail. The cost of distribution considered in this paper includes fixed cost, transportation cost, damage cost, etc. Penalty cost and energy cost five parts. On the basis of reasonable assumptions, an optimal distribution path model for cold-chain logistics vehicles is established, which takes the minimum total cost of distribution as the objective function. Thirdly, this paper selects ant colony algorithm to solve the model, in the design of the algorithm model, the ant colony algorithm is improved to link the distribution cost and the transfer probability. Roulette selection strategy and maximum and minimum ant colony algorithm are introduced to solve the model. Finally, an example is used to program the algorithm with MATLAB software. The results show that the model designed in this paper is reasonable and feasible.
