卡格尔(Ronald B.Cagle)所著的《项目恢复蓝图——项目管理指南》(Blueprint for Project Recovery-A Project Management Guide),笔者翻译与校对的部分为该著作第四章——从项目问题中恢复(Recovering From Programmatic Problems)。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation report based on the author's translation practice project. The translation project is excerpted from Ronaldo Banco, chairman of Modern-Management, an American management consulting firm. "Project recovery Blueprint-Project Management Guide" by Ronald B.Cagle (Blueprint for Project Recovery-A Project Management Guide), the author's translation and proofreading part is the fourth chapter of this work-recovering (Recovering From Programmatic Problems). From Project issues This translation project is non-literary translation, or generally referred to as practical text translation. Compared with literary translation, non-literary translation has a higher scientific component and higher requirements for accuracy and rigour. Therefore, the biggest problem facing the author is how to accurately express the management theory, methods, concepts and technical terms contained in the original text. In addition, there are some differences between English and Chinese in expressing habits, so another problem is how to adapt the translation to the language habits of Chinese readers. To solve these difficult problems, the translation project is Eugene A. Based on Nida (Eugene A. Nida) 's equivalence theory, the author analyzes the source text, determines the translation direction of the target text as a whole, and uses some translation techniques to solve the specific translation problems one by one. The translation report is divided into four parts. The first chapter is the background of the project, including the source, structure and significance of the project. The second chapter is the background of the original text, including the introduction of the author, the original version and the main contents of the original text. Chapter three introduces the quality control in translation, including translation difficulties, the choice of translation theories and methods, and the application of specific methods. The last chapter is a summary, including the enlightenment and lessons learned in the course of translation.
