P3在禹州电厂基建工程中的应用

【摘要】：P3软件是广义的网络计划技术,不但能给出作业的时间进度安排,还能给出完成该时间进度所需要的投资需求与人员、材料、设备要求,项目管理的内涵可以渗透到各职能部门,使大型工程实现“静态控制、动态管理”。引进P3项目管理技术,代替传统的进度管理,对大型工程中的人员、机具、材料、方法、环境进行全方位立体式综合管理,在施工网络中的计划量从业主到承包商到施工班队四级管理,使业主到班队人员都十分清楚在工程中所处的位置和相关任务,不仅加快了工程的信息交流和数据共享,管理人员还可根据资源环节的变化,随时修改数据资源,以不断优化调整资源配置,满足工程需求,加快工程进度。
