【摘要】：泰勒是公认的西方管理理论的开创者,原理形成于19世纪末期,包括心理革命、作业管理思想、人事管理思想和组织管理思想。科学管理原理主要解决管理的标准化、人事管理的科学性、管理职责的独立性问题。泰勒集合了前人的管理思想与实践经验创造了科学管理原理,第一次系统地将科学方法引入管理实践,使管理成为一门真正的科学,促进了美国经济的腾飞,具有深远的影响。但也存在出发点、对人认识、研究视角的局限性。
[Abstract]:Taylor is the pioneer of recognized western management theory, principle formed in late nineteenth Century, including psychological revolution, job management thought, the thought of personnel management and organization management. The principle of scientific management is mainly to solve the standardization of management, scientific management, the independence of management responsibilities. Taylor set the management thought and Practice experience of predecessors the creation of the principle of scientific management, the first systematic scientific methods into the management practice, the management has become a real science, promote the economic development, has the profound influence. But there are also the starting point of understanding, the limitations of research perspective.
