浅谈秘书的全局观

【摘要】：在一个组织机构当中,领导作为其核心,起着统筹兼顾的作用,因此要求领导能够拥有全局意识,宏观把控全局。而秘书作为领导的参谋与助手,虽没有领导的决策权,但是树立一定的全局意识,有利于秘书人员在工作开展中更好地把握方向,准确领会领导意图,从而顺利完成领导交办的各项任务和工作。本文试图从秘书以及秘书工作的角度出发,较为深入的分析秘书树立全局观的必要性与重要性。
[Abstract]:In an organization, the leadership as its core, plays an integrated role, so it requires the leadership to have a global awareness, macro-control of the overall situation, and the secretary as the leader's staff and assistant. Although there is no leadership decision-making power, but to establish a certain sense of the overall situation, in the work of secretarial staff to better grasp the direction and accurately understand the intention of the leadership. From the angle of secretary and secretarial work, this paper tries to analyze deeply the necessity and importance of secretary to set up overall view.
