【摘要】：正 文书学是一门操作性较强的课程,但由于实际教学条件的限制,大部分文书学课程只能限于课堂书本知识的传授,很难让学生接触到现实中的文书工作。这种纯书本式的教学模式往往会限制学生的动手能力和发现问题、解决问题的能力,并在一定程度上削弱了学生的学习兴趣。为了弥补这种纯理论教学的不足,许多高校文书学课程采取了模拟课或实验课的形式以提高教学质量。前不久,我们中国人民大学档案学院组织了一次由部分本科生和研究生参加的文书学模拟课,将办公室业务“搬进”学生的课堂,收到了很好的效果。
[Abstract]:Positive clerical study is a highly operational course, but due to the limitations of actual teaching conditions, most of the clerical courses can only be limited to the teaching of book knowledge in the classroom. It is very difficult for students to get into contact with the real paperwork. This kind of pure book teaching mode often limits the students' practical ability and ability to find problems and solve problems. In order to make up for the deficiency of pure theory teaching, many university clerical courses take the form of simulated or experimental courses to improve the quality of teaching. The Archives School of Renmin University of China has organized a clerical simulation course attended by some undergraduates and graduate students. The office business has been "moved" into the students' classroom, and the results have been very good.
