例谈述职报告的写作

【摘要】：正对于从事文字工作的新闻采编人员来说,述职报告是职称评审时向评委展示自身业务素养与采编业务能力的重要文字材料。有些新闻人员业务成果很多,却不善于总结归纳,把述职报告写得像工作简历一样枯燥无味。其实,一篇优秀的述职报告就是一篇有思想、有观点、有经验、有成就的新闻业务论文。笔者结合自己的经验,谈谈写好述职报告的几点体会。一、拟好标题,体现思想述职报告与其他文体一样,只有写出思想,才有深度,才能给人以启迪。人们看文章首
[Abstract]:For the journalists who are engaged in the writing work, the reporting report is an important text material to show the judges their professional accomplishment and the ability of collecting and editing business when the title is appraised. Some journalists have achieved a lot of business results. But not good at summing up, reporting report as boring as the job resume. In fact, an excellent report is a thinking, opinion, experience. The author combines his own experience to talk about several experiences in writing the report. First, draw up a good title, reflect the thought report and other styles, only to write ideas, there is depth. People read the beginning of the article.
